This brand is not always available in supermarkets, and never in this size. Amazon's prices are also competitive and it's convenient to order online and have it delivered to your home. Saves time and money. As for taste, unless you're one of those "coffee snobs" who insists on grinding your own beans, this stuff tastes just fine. It's better than any canned variety and better than most bagged varieties. I generally used a mixture of two scoops caffinated and three scoops non. And the water decaf is must healthier. (No chemicals). I reorder this frequently.

If you want a good decaffeinated coffee, than Peet’s is the one to buy. The aroma and taste is superb to any decaffeinated coffee I have had in the past. No this is not an add, just my opinion as a client. I am from Puerto Rico and grew up with local coffee from there but love this one. No bitterness taste, afterwards.

If you are looking for a bold, strong substitute for your regular coffee, this is it! It is rich and delicious, and leaves you not even missing your cup of regular! Not bitter at all, super fresh, and smells great!

Decent quality organic decaffeinated coffee. I like the fact that it uses the Swiss water process to achieve the decaffeination. The taste of the coffee is watery and not the same strong flavor I’ve had before in other decaffeinated brands. Would have rated it higher if it wasn’t for that.

I normally do not write a review for food items, however, i do feel that Peets Decaf coffee is the best that i have ever had and tastes just like regular coffee.

decafed by the swiss water process. You can drink pot after pot of this coffe daily it will not make you feel sick. My opinion this coffee is one of the best you can buy . Worth a few extra dollars .

Pete’s decaf tastes really good- especially for decaf- and the grind works well in a chemex for pour over. Note that the water process they describe to decaffeinate is not *Swiss* water process, which is the one that removes 99.9% of caffeine, so if you are caffeine sensitive, you may find you’re more stimulated after a cup of this than with other brands of decaf.

I am a huge coffee lover and drink several cups (starbucks dark roast Sumatra) daily. I decided to switch to decaf for some of my cups as it was getting to be too much caffeine. Pete’s tastes SO good, I can’t believe it’s decaf. It is rich, smooth and ‘thick’-not watery like some other decaf coffees I have tried. The only downside is the price ($36 for 10oz) and the fact that it was about to expire when I received it. (I took one star off for that because for the price I am paying it should last longer than 1.5 weeks from date of delivery).
