Bought these for my dad who’s been dealing with plantar fasciitis and flat feet, and he said they made a huge difference right away. He wears them daily in his work shoes and mentioned way less foot pain by the end of the day. The arch support is firm but comfortable, and they fit easily into his regular shoes without any issues. Great value for the price and really helped relieve his heel and arch pain. Highly recommend if you or a loved one need extra support for flat feet or plantar fasciitis!

These inserts have helped absorb the pain of plantar fasciitis that resulted from years of power walking. They fit very well for my shoe size (I didn’t have to cut or adjust them in any way), and are generally comfortable. However, I was surprised that they’re not as thick and cushiony as other brands that I’ve tried in the past. I didn’t have plantar fasciitis back then, but found relief from mild foot pain using a thicker and softer insert. I’m feeling a bit better with the use of these inserts, but it’s a slower process at 55 years of age. I recommend giving these a try; perhaps you’ll have better results.

Probably a little over two months using these and so far so good. I typically wear medical grade orthotics and while I can't say that I haven't had *any* discomfort in my feet with these new insoles, I do feel like these do a good job where my feet feel good pretty much all the time. I don't find the discomfort really too noticeable, when it happens, and do recommend that people try these. I have been paying $60 for my medical grade ones, so paying a fraction of that is a huge savings for me. Don't take my word for things, recommed checking a Podiatrist's review of the product on YouTube - "Michigan Foot Doctors" is the channel and the video is 'The Best Insoles and Orthotics'. However, he does say that the insoles may only be effective for 1-2 months. I'll try to follow up with my experience as I use them further. Good luck.

These fit great, look good and make your feet feel like new again. They do not slide around in the shoe and the color is neat

These fit well in my athletic shoes and provide needed arch support that helps with plantar fascitis pain. It is firm so if you prefer more of a gel support this would not be for you. I need the firm support. As far as durability, I have used them daily for almost 3 months and they have been durable and have not lost support. Great price point for this type of support.

This is the first time I heard of this brand and bought 2 pairs of these insoles. They arrived on time and looked well built with ample support to the arch, which is great for those with flat feet or near flat feet. I worn it for 2 days to work and can feel the support to the arches and heels is there. My job requires me to walk a lot and it provided sufficient support such that my feet do not feel tired and heels painful at the end of the day. Durability wise remains a question as this is my first time using it. Hope they will last.

Bought few week ago, instead of healing its make more worst. I don’t recommend this product.

I probably need medical Orthodics for full relief, but these work very well and have taken away much of the discomfort in my feet. If I use the compression socks with these that helps as well when I am on my feet all day. A really good pair of shoes also helps. But these are still very good, they just didn't help 100% for me.
