Love this counter top ice maker, perfect when you have a party and need that extra ice. We were able to use outside for some fun deck entertaining this fall. You have ice at the tip of your fingers when you need it! Ice cubes are just right for any type of beverage, makes ice in a timely manner and keeps it available for just right amount of time. The Ice maker will need counter space and can be a bit heavy to move from place to place but once in place it is safe on the counter so you are not worried about it getting knocked off. Make sure the plug is not hanging over the counter and is out of the way during use as a safety factor. Overall a great way to have that ice on demand when your freezer just won't keep up!

My wife and I have talked about buying one of these kinds of icemakers for some time! Here are the things I love about this icemaker: 1. It makes ice quick - full of water to full of ice is about 15 mins. It makes a substantial amount of ice in a few mins! 2. It holds quite a bit of ice/water, while not taking up very much room! One thing you should consider is the amount of volume this makes, though. I dont think it is an issue that is isolated to this machine alone, but this machine makes quite a bit a noise when it "dumps" it's ice. All in all though, this is a great appliance and will be a regular use item in our kitchen!

So I've been testing this ice maker for a little over a week now. I was especially tough on it throughout the Thanksgiving holiday when we had around 50 members of the family celebrating with us. I ran the machine all day, and it heroically provided ice to a decent amount of people that required glacial sustenance. Obviously, it's not meant to service that many people, but I like to think it did its best. So to start with some pros, I think it's a great size for a small family household. It's not able to service everyone instantly, but if you run it about 20 mins ahead of time, that buffer should be enough to get you through most meals or events. If you're looking for a simple device, this is the ice maker for you. It'll be off and running with just a single button press, and as long as you keep the water tank full, and ice tray relatively cleared, it will continue to make ice until you power it down. It makes bullet style ice, which is probably one of the more efficient shapes. It has a much higher surface area than a wedge or nugget, which should, in theory, be better at cooling down liquids. So there are a few negatives with this ice maker. For one, the reservoir is not refrigerated, so stockpiled ice will melt if you let it sit. If you plan on throwing ice from this machine to your freezer, do it often. Otherwise, the slightly melted ice will clump up in the freezer and you'll need to break it apart before it's able to be dispensed. Another negative, the basket that catches the ice is small, so it fills up relatively quickly. When this happens, the machine will stop producing ice until you clear it out... so you have to do it often, which is a bit annoying. Lastly, I feel like the price could stand to be a bit lower. It's a decent deal currently during the Black Friday event at $76, but if it goes goes any higher, it's definitely a tougher sell. As it stands now, it's a relatively solid 4/5 stars from me.

This ice maker works pretty good. It's neat to watch it work as it makes two sizes of bullet shaped ice. It uses a shovel type mechanism to move the ice into the reservoir. The reservoir for the ice is quite small, but it seems like the icemaker is supposed to constantly run and keep ice being made, and pulled from as needed. The icemaker is loud, both when making ice, and especially when moving ice into the reservoir. Definitely something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper. Cleaning modes are easy, the mechanisms are easy to reach and clean both by hand and via the integrated cleaning mechanism. Overall, it's small enough to keep in a counter corner, and usually pretty quiet. The ice is made fast enough to support a household, but definitely won't hold up for more than a few people. This will not replace getting ice for a cookout.

This ice machine is really nice. I go through so much ice every day so it's nice to have a machine that can keep up. Has a few nice functions and makes good quality ice cubes, perfect size too. So far it's working great.

I've wanted a countertop ice maker for SO LONG but when they first came out and went viral they were SO EXPENSIVE! Now we can get them sooo much cheaper and still have the same quality as wotg this one here... I got it and started making ice immediately I was very excited.. let me say it's very easy to understand and get started, and you ice sizes and thr ice is that soft bullet ice. It's amazing I mean amazing yall!!! If you're in the market you can't beat this I mean that. This is a Xmas gift for myself I've wanted one so long. Listen even if you have a fridge that has a maker trust me this is STILL what you want t the ice is incomparable to that. The quality is fantastic!! I'm a very very happy girl.
