This is the third Android auto system I have ever used, and so far the best. Here are the things I like the most: * The installation process is straight forward, plugin the power, connect to the bluetooth, and you've done * The interface is pretty easy to use, once you connected, you will see the typical Android auto UI * The screen is clear and bright. You can read it even in the sunlight * The touch screen is responsive * There is audio from device, which is usable, but if your car has a better audio, you can change it to use original BT mode (or FM transmitter mode, but note phone call audio won't work in FM transmitter mode) * Every time I start my car, the auto-reconnection is pretty fast and reliable Here are something not perfect: * Android mirroring works, however you need to turn off the android auto completely (turn off phone bluetooth), then connect again with the mirror app, could take a while * You cannot use it as a Dash Cam, it has backup camera and SD player, but it won't record into SD Overall, it is a reliable screen with Android auto. It does the job for the same price of a wireless android auto adaptor, which does not have a screen. With this, you can use android auto even your car does not support android auto.

I recently purchased the Portable Wireless CarPlay Car Stereo with 7" HD Touchscreen and couldn't be happier with the results. My older car didn’t come with any modern infotainment features, so this was a fantastic and affordable way to bring it up to speed. Setup was super easy—just plug it into the cigarette lighter and pair it via Bluetooth. The wireless Apple CarPlay connected seamlessly with my iPhone, and I love being able to access Maps, Messages, and Spotify with just a tap or voice command. The touchscreen is surprisingly responsive and bright, even in daylight. Sound quality is great, especially when routed through my car’s AUX input. There's also an option to transmit audio over FM, which is convenient if your car doesn’t have an AUX port. One minor downside is that the included mount could be a bit sturdier, especially for bumpy roads—but that’s easily fixable with a third-party holder. Overall, if you’re looking to modernize your car without installing an expensive built-in system, this is an awesome option!

I think this is a good device that is very easy to use, however there are some things to keep in mind: 1. Screen quality: Def not an HD screen, screen is a bit dim and hard to read the map in the sunlight. The solution is to switch the map to dark mode and it will be good. 2. Responsiveness: Great, no delays there. 3. Size: This is a good one, not too big, not too small. 4. Setup: The arm mount is flimsy, looks like it will break easily. The car adapter does not have a secondary port to charge your phone so you are out of luck there. Backup Camera will take some work to get installed. 5. Connectivity: I love that my phone remains connected to the car's BT speaker system (screen speakers are not ideal, and AUX mode causes some static), and when using the car BT's system, wheel controls work perfectly. Conclusion: It's a good budget device, it will do the task BUT some tinkering might be required.

Got this for my wife's car as she has an old corolla. Connects instantly. Really like how it updates the old feel of the car and makes it feel new. While I have not yet used the backup camera, it is a good addition to have in old bulky cars where you cannot really see what's going on when backing up. Also, it wireless Bluetooth connection so its even better than those cars play cars that make you plug in the phone to the car. A pleasant piece of technology that anyone can appreciate.

Using a phone holder for navigation was driving me crazy—always falling off, hard to see, and just plain unsafe. This CarPlay stereo completely changed the game. I installed it in my old Honda Odyssey, and now it feels like I’m driving a much newer car. Wireless Apple CarPlay connects instantly, and having navigation, music, and calls right on a big, clear touchscreen makes driving so much smoother. But what really surprised me was the backup camera—it’s super clear and responsive, and makes parking and reversing so much easier. Total lifesaver in a van like mine. Setup was straightforward, Bluetooth and FM work great, and now everything just feels easier and more enjoyable when I’m on the road. If you’re tired of juggling your phone while driving, this is 100% worth it.

Bought for an old car without builtin Android Auto, California sun is super strong, if I use Google map on my phone during hot weather, the phone gets too hot and the system forces it to restart very often. I found the 7-inch Android Auto monitor works great, the display quality is good for less than $100. The installtion is easier compared to the previous method to take off the center dash and ratio. The wireless connection of this Android Auto monitor makes it super simple to connect when I get into the car.

I thought there was no way this inexpensive product would do everything as described so I ordered one with the full expectation of returning it. How wrong I was! It was up and running, connected to my iphone and connected to the phone by the FM transmitter in under 2 minutes. Extremely easy to change transmitter frequencies on the fly. Initially I could not get the aux out to work; turns out it was a problem with a damaged socket on my car (had never previously used) and once I replaced that it worked flawless as well. The backup camera FAR exceeded my expectations, better than some factory ones. If I had to nitpick the on-board speaker is weak, but you'd expect that for the small size of the unit. If I didn't have a car stereo to transmit to I'd use a cheap powered bluetooth speaker because it transmits that way as well. Rather than returning it, I ordered a second one!!
