These fire safety blankets are the best invention I have ever seen and I got them in a pack of four and being a normal human. I had to try it out and I don’t recommend it, but I take things to the extreme. We did it outside in a large field, but I created several different types of fires that were in contained Conditions. ( in a medal container ) I do not recommend you try this yourself unless you are a professional. But since I have already tried it, I can tell you it does put out grease fires and any other fire. You can throw at it as soon as you cover it and let it sit until it cools down the fire is out without a mess and the best part of it is the blanket is reusable. Yes once they are used, they do get a light brown scorch mark on them, but they do not smell and all you have to do is shake it out and follow the directions for cleaning and fold it back up. Put it back in the bag and it’s all set to be reused again I have Three that have never been. Used & I hope I never have to use them and I still have the one that we tried to make sure it worked properly which it did and that one is back in its bag ready to use again and has been sitting in its bag for over two weeks now and does not have any smell of smoke fire or anything coming from it so they are definitely reusable, but they are definitely something you want to have and hope you never have to use. There are several different companies selling these, but this is the only company that is 100% guaranteed so if you’re going to buy one or several only buy this specific brand other brands, I’ve tried in the past do not work. This is the only one I actually was shocked. It worked right away on a grease fire, it put it right out so definitely get these as a gift or just for peace of mind because you could lose more than just your property in a house fire and trust me. I know we had three houses that were close together across the street from where I live burn to the ground in less than 15 minutes. That’s how fast the fire spread and they lost everything they owned and we’re lucky. No one was killed so these blankets are a must buy and can be learned how to use by a child. Don’t forget only buy this brand. This is the 100% effective brand. There is well worth the money and the peace in mind you have knowing your home is safe.

I think these are a great product to have in your home. I tested the deployment and they are easy to get out for use. Feel durable and the design is practical. Thankfully I have not had to use them yet, but they appear to be great quality.

I do know they work well! They are a good size, cover your whole stove, and put a fire out in a few seconds. However, I gave it a 4 star because I did not see any warning about the fiberglass. You must wear gloves while handling fiberglass; when used, it can get in your skin, just like fiberglass insulation. DO NOT LET THAT DETOUR YOU AWAY FROM THIS GREAT PRODUCT! It may save you or your home from fires. Protect your family. It is so easy that even a kid can use it. Just keep a pair of work gloves in or on the bag so you do not forget to use them.

I purchased these about two years ago and gave one to each of my kids. I kept one for myself thinking I’ll never need it. I don’t cook much and when I do, it’s usually in the microwave or crockpot. Well yesterday I put something in the oven on broil that had a high fat content . When I looked in the oven to check on it, there was a small fire. Thinking I could blow it out like birthday candles, I quickly opened the door and pulled the rack out. The fire grew very quickly. I grabbed the blanket that I have hanging on the side of my refrigerator and threw it over the fire, quickly extinguishing it. So as they say, it’s better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. I urge everyone to purchase this product as it does the job quickly and with no mess.

This blanket provides an incredible level of reassurance and safety that is truly priceless. I have two small kids and we recently had a huge wild fire close to our home. I purchased this blanket and it has provided a huge sense of comfort. As parents, our primary concern is the safety and well-being of our children.
