It doesn’t work . I’ve been using it for a few months already ( 3 to be more specific ) it doesn’t work anymore . This device also has damaged three wire charging and one day it reheat my cellphone .

***PROS*** * Mount face not as ugly as the pictures * Solid Build * LED nice and not too bright ***CONS*** * Doesn't charge well with 5V only USB ports This is the second wireless mount I've purchased to use with my Google Pixel 9 in a magsafe case with a metal ring. Installation on the car vent was easy and secure. The images show a pretty obnoxious contrasting zigzag pattern on the face of the mount, but it is very exaggerated in the photos. In reality it is just a slightly different texture of black and doesn't look bad at all. The LED lighting is also not as bright as shown in the photos. It is a nice, dim accent that won't blind you at night in a dark car. The mount was relatively stable, but the offset arm makes it a little more wobbly than a mount that doesn't have the offset from the mount. The magnetic retention was excellent, and I have no fear of my phone falling off. The first mount I purchased from another vendor would not charge well with the USB outputs in my car, or my standard 12V to USB adapter. It would drop out every second or two and the phone would never charge. It just got enough juice to maintain its battery level while running. This mount behaved the same way with the USB port in my car, but it was generally better when run with the 12V adapter and ran steadily at 5W with only a dropout or two when starting charging. Using a USB power meter, the mount would pull 1A at 5V for 5W of charging. I don't know if it is the phone, the charger or the USB port in the car that is the problem. I suspect it is the mount or just the nature of wireless charging, because my phone charges just fine from the same port when plugged in directly. I later tested with a USB PD adapter with both a USB-C output and a USB-A QC output. Both of these charged at 9V / 1.6A for ~15W of charging power through the mount. So, it works well with a more powerful supply capable of delivering voltages above 5V. Below 5V is questionable. Ultimately, the offset arm had more movement than I would prefer when operating the touch screen. Trying to operate touchscreens in a car that is bouncing around can be a pain, so I got a third mount without the offset and ultimately stuck with that for my Pathfinder. This 3rd mount had the same limits with 5V USB charging, so I decided to upgrade my 12V adapter to a model that outputs PD or QC3 levels above 5V. Rather than return the Qifutan mount, I found another use for it. I had an old non-magsafe mount in my '07 Miata that was not compatible with my new phone. The Miata has round vents that none of these mounts work with. The old mount is one that clamps in the CD player slot. The ball socket on this Qifutan mount happened to be an exact match for the ball on the CD mount, so I could just swap out the old magnetic head for the Qifutan and use it in that car. Conclusion: This is a decent mount, though I am disappointed it struggles to run with a standard 5V USB port. I will recommend it as long as you are aware of this limitation.
