This product is very fast absorbing and effective. My understanding is that it is necessary to take 400 mg/ per day so I am tak8ng 2 of these per day. I feel wonderful! I have so much energy and my interest in the world around me has increased as well. I had started feeling completely exhausted all the time but within 24 hours of taking this I am back to my very energetic self. A very good value for the price, even when taking two per day. I may try cutting back to 1 per day and just check the difference. They are quite large but I found them easy to swallow.

My cardiologist recommended this supplement. I priced it at my pharmacy and the big box stores and found it here at the best price point. The capsules are substantial, so have plenty of fluid and take your time when taking. I wish the capsules were smaller. I'd much rather take two or three capsules than one extremely large capsule.
