These were recommended by my Cardiologist and I have been consuming them for about a year. I was very skeptical at first about their effectiveness, because 85%-90% of vitamins don't work. And studies have shown this to be the case. However, I have to say with all honesty these are working for me. I feel less pain in the heart area and more blood flow. And I have not changed anything (medications, exercise or diet).
