I’ve been taking Qunol CoQ10 for a while, and I do feel more energized. It absorbs well, which is great since I take statins. I like that it’s both water and fat-soluble. One thing I’d suggest is a smaller pill size—it’s a bit big to swallow. Still, a solid product that works better than others I’ve tried!
