I recently purchased the RedTiger F8 Dash Cam, after considerable research of different brands and models. It came well packaged, in a nice product box. In addition to this main product, I also purchased the RedTiger back window cam. This product does not come with one, but has an input for one. I got the one listed for the RedTiger F7N, and it connected and worked perfectly. Product does come with a 32 G MicroSD, but I opted to get another card that had 256 G size. It comes with all needed supplies for install of the front cam to Cigarette lighter power output . I was surprised how quickly I had it installed (along with the back camera I purchased separately) and the wires concealed. I viewed a couple install videos that really helped make the process easy. I took my time, and accomplished it all in about 1 hour. I turned it on, and all worked great, and with the front touch screen, it was easy to go through all settings and adjust configurations as needed. Quickly finds GPS satellites. Video quality very good, especially for the front camera. The back (optional) camera can seem a little dark at times, but still good quality. I also contacted Customer Service with some questions about their optional Acc Wiring Kit, and got a quick response, and they responded to my inquiry very adequately. I was super impressed with their superb customer service. Also registered the Cam on their website, and got confirmation of extended 12+6 month warranty for registering. I am super happy with this purchase and the product quality, and their quick and responsive customer service. I would gladly recommend this product !! 5 Star Product and Company, no question.

Super easy to use and install very happy with my purchase also the videos are crystal clear

This is my 2nd dashcam. My other cam would often not connect and record. I love that I can always see if this camera is recording because of the view from the back. It is easy to connect to WiFi and review footage. The only thing I hate is that it doesn't have a Usb-c at the top for my phone charger. You are forced to use the cigarette lighter charger that comes with it because it took doesn't have a Usb-c to connect to my previous charger.

This my fourth one (added to more vehicles)...tried another brand and it would keep randomly rebooting. This is a solid choice.

Good clarity, easy install and good value

after a few weeks the dash cam screen "grayed out" on the left side. rebooting and resetting did not improve the screen. i could never get the "time" to match my time zone after many attempts as well. the "new" box appeared to be opened/a return. i gave up and returned it to amazon. hopefully your dash cam is better.

Overall very good camera, clear video and easy to set up, included adhesive patch make attaching it to the car windshield simple. Unfortunately functionality suffers as camera, does not connect to phone which is a serious disadvantage. This product could easily be a 4 star purchase if the camera connected to the phone app correctly.

after purchasing a CoolCrazy dash cam and having it only a few days it would randomly shut down and restart which defeated the whole purpose of having the camera.. Upon checking, it's reviews. I discovered this was an issue with that brand so I sent it back and ordered the RedTiger camera.. it is SUPERIOR to the CoolCrazy camera. I have not had one issue with it for it works PERFECTLY!!!! I AM SOOOO happy with it!!!!!! thank you SO MUCH for a great device!!!! I want to get some for Xmas gifts too!!!! I HIGHLY recommend this device...PLUS I saved $10 on top of it with my Capital One Shopping extension being linked to my Amazon Account...

Great quality camera that is super easy to install with all provided accessories. The picture is extremely clear (even at night) with a wide area of focus. Very simple and easy to use even for someone whose never owned one and the app control just makes it that much easier. With an included 32gb card and a battery powered parking mode for people who want a more advanced setup, it provides great peace of mind all day round.

There are so many features in this little Dash Cam. It is a touch screen, which is very sensitive and sometimes difficult to navigate if you have thicker fingers. But if you can get the hang of it then you can move through the features very quickly and there is almost no delay. You can also use the side buttons to navigate through the features if you are unable to use the touch screen. The screen is almost the full size of the device but it is still on the small size which is also good since you do not want it taking up a lot of space on your dash. The 32 GB card that is included is nice and you can always get a larger sized card later for longer recording times. The picture quality is really good and quite clear. The night time footage is pretty good as well. It sees better than my own eyes at least so that is good enough for me. The playback is instant and there is also a nice picture taking option for quick viewing later if you do not need the video. There is a very wide angle that the camera can see which is pretty much the same as you can see while driving. The mounting brackets are nice and the adhesives are pretty good but I will probably use a clamp later on if I can find a good one as I do not like putting glues on my dash and windshields. There is enough length to the power cable to run to the seats behind power source if you have one and it makes more sense for you. This is a nice little unit to have a record of the rare but important events during your travels.

The REDTIGER 4K Dash Cam Front works mostly as described, with a few issues depending on your situation. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and am overall happy with the dash cam. Installation is pretty straightforward though setting it up may take some patience to get everything working. That said, my main issue since then is the fact that you use an adhesive to install it to your windshield. It works, it holds up well, which is great, but it means I can’t use this when I’m driving any other vehicle. I also wonder how it’ll hold up parked outside in -30°C but the temperature the last few weeks has been around-10 to 0° and it’s been fine. It’s really the inability to use the dash cam in another vehicle that bothers me, and the adhesive you need to keep stuck on your windshield. Most dash cams now come with suction and I was pretty disappointed that though I can detach the camera, I cannot detach the mount rendering solely useable for one car. I opted to use this in our large family vehicle rather than my work car but I’d have liked the option. The camera quality is actually very clear during the day. It’s not AS great at night, but it works well enough that you get the gist of who is driving how and where. I feel confident using it even in the dark. The picture function and playback work well. Overall happy with the dash cam but would have loved if I could use it in multiple vehicles with suction and since there’s not even a second adhesive mount I find it not entirely worth the cost, unfortunately.

This dash cam is extremely compact and is very subtle in your windshield. The cord that it comes with is plenty long to be able to reach from the camera to the 12volt plug on your dashboard with extra cord to spare. Tucking the cord in underneath your vehicle's interior trim is done using the provided "crowbar" tool. The tool is not the highest quality but it does a great job of concealing the cable to make your dash cam installation even more professional. The video images provided from this cam are crystal clear and look great during the day and at night, I was surprised to see that the images were also clear with very little noise in the video clips. Saving a clip is a one touch operation which is easily done and works well. The ability to show the speed of your vehicle on the video is a nice touch as well. My only issue with this camera is the mounting. It is a semi-permanent adhesive style mounting that you cannot remove and use in a separate vehicle. I would have liked to see a second mount so that the camera could be transferred to another vehicle if needed. A suction mount might be an option as well but with this camera, once you mount it in your vehicle, that's where it is staying. Other than that small little issue, it's a very nice dash cam.

Installing this 4K dash cam was easy with all fasteners included, wires, and decent user manual. You get the primary, forward facing camera with this package. I installed on a medium size suv, wire is hidden along one side under trim work, and just had enough wire the run from the main camera to the 12V outlet. Features: - The camera supports upto a 256gb card, offers battery backup for parking mode, and all features works as advertised. - Accessible with a app downloaded to your phone; this app works well and allows control of settings and playback of save video. - The GPS feature works very well as it offers location and speed information in the video when reviewing. To get the full effect of all features, you need to use the special software when watching the video. - The quality of videos are pretty good in the daytime, visibility is reduced in in the dark however still really good. - Loop recording automatically - BONUS: includes a 32gb micro SD card! Overall, good dash cam for the price. Will help prove your position in a situation where the other person tells a fib.
