Pros: easy assembly, packed well, good acceleration, reasonable battery life, comfortable ride. Cons: 2 day charge of daily riding. Batter mount is plastic, maybe less durable. Headlight is not that bright and provides poor visibility at night. Suspension is somewhat harsh. Tires lack good traction. I use this as a daily commuter to & from work averaing 8 miles a day in an urban environment. I also use for recreational riding as well. The pedal assist takes some acclimating as it takes off rather quickly. Ride is fine although harsher than my dual Suspension bike. Tires have very poor traction on wet surfaces, gravel and trails. Brakes work well and provide good stopping power. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with the bike and hope the durability exceeds my expectations.

I bought one for my wife as an anniversary gift one year. It works great battery holds the charge very well and is fast. I liked it so much and how much she likes it I decided to get one for myself. Very easy to assemble doesn't take much time, instructions have colorful pictures and very straight forward. I recommend this bike for anyone who wants to do long distance rides and worries about getting tired for the ride back.

I had owned this Qlife bike (my first eBike) for three days, and have only ridden it the first of the three days, but so far I am very impressed. The bike seems to be solidly constructed and seems very well and thoughtfully designed. The first day I owned this bike my wife and I took turns riding and logged six miles on relatively flat asphalt pavement while using throttle-only mode. On my first trip around the 1/2 mile loop I hit 21 mph (subsequent trips seemed to top out at 20.3 mph) carrying my 183-lbs.. My wife rode at a more sensible 13.2 mph. Together, our six miles of riding depleted about 1/4 of the battery (stopping and starting depletes the battery faster per the instruction manual). Twice I reached out to the seller with questions and he replied very timely (within 24 hours). The ride is very comfortable (with the front suspension locked in my case with tire pressure set at 49.5 psi. The manual recommends 40-65 psi). Assembly is relatively simple, straightforward and intuitive. Various pros and cons: the instruction manual appears that it could benefit with updating. It references a link to a You-Tube assembly video. Following the link leads to a page with no content. I Googled "Qlife bike assembly" and found the helpful video. The manual references turning the right (blue) front fork switch to lock out suspension travel (useful on road when pedaling). Mine was too tight and I could not move it. There is a switch on the left-side of the fork which the manual does not address. I moved the switch which seemed to allow me to lock out the suspension with the right switch. (picture attached). Some reviewers mentioned difficulty installing the front wheel/tire. I too had difficulty. In my case, the problem was that the front brake caliper was tightened shut and so could not be fitted on the front brake disk. Again, the manual does not address this, but there is a silver hex-head screw on the back (wheel side) of the brake caliper. I loosened this to allow the brake pads to separate so that the caliper would fit over the brake disk. I then re-tightened the screw just enough so that there was minimal brake rubbing as I turned the front wheel by hand. (picture attached). The only unresolved issue that I have is that I have been unable to properly select a gear that does not result in constant slippage. I will need to Google to determine where the 21-speed Shimano gear system can be adjusted to prevent slippage. In conclusion I am extremely happy, so far, with this purchase. Initially, this seems to be a great value. I hope to be able to purchase an additional battery to extend the range. But, battery compatibility and cost are unknowns at this point. I like the bike so much that I ordered a second (for my wife). If interested ( if you are shopping for a bike rack for your vehicle) the unscientifically-measured ( I stood on a bathroom floor-scale while holding the bike) weight of the bike ( including battery) is 51-lbs. The battery weight alone is 4.2-lbs.

With this being my first E bike and knowing nothing about them, I didn't have high expectations. But suffice to say this is an amazing machine. It is easy to use, easy to ride, great for a first time rider. The springs make for a comfortable ride. But my favorite thing is the motor, it is fast, quiet and smooth. The motor barely uses any battery life. I would and have been recommending this bike to everyone.

I mean for anybody looking for a e-mtb will find everything they would want to see on this thing. The 36V battery with throttle only typically lasts me about 12 miles of range (not the 20-25 I wished for as listed) but that still leaves enough of range for someone like myself that doesn't stray too far from home on a ride, with that said it has plenty of torque for mountain paths and is a joy to ride. This bike definitely won't give you the most powerful like e-moto speed demon experience or anything, but at the price that it is I can say It's SO worth it for a first e-bike or something👍

Fantastic bike! Very smooth riding experience. When I'm carrying my 20-pound backpack, it can go up to 20 mph, and when riding without any luggage, it can go up to 23mph. The battery charges super fast. On windy days, the bike at pedal assist 5 is powerful enough to travel at a solid 16–18mph against strong headwinds. Overall, a very solid transportation option.

It was worth the investment and worth the wait. I had fun putting it together and after I took it on a ride and that pedal assist is awesome it gives it power. The stability on this bike is awesome. It is a lil heavy but that’s cause of the battery. Other than that I would recommend this bike to anybody who is interested in the electric bikes. Color and how the safety of the size of the bike is perfect and all of its functions of the bike is awesome it was easy to read and get an understanding. The look if your not picky with color I love black and it’s easy to clean

For a 200 dollar bike, it exceeded my expectations. I bought two and was pleased. Pretty much put it through a torture test through rough trails and even wiped out twice and they took it well. The one star reviews on this are mostly about tires, and yes, the tires are cheap chinese crap. Buy your own separate tires if you're going offroad. For casual riding the tires will work fine. It is not a performance bike by any means but it will definitely get the job done.
