I’ve tried other acne patches before and they’ve always pulled excess oil out of my pores, which ended up drying, scarring, and leaving behind a dry patch when compared to the rest of my face. These effects were especially bad for my cystic acne, which always ended up more inflamed and painful after treatment. The Rael hydrocolloid patches gently pulled out all of the sebum from several pimples that I’d avoided picking at; with other brands, the patches only pulled anything out from pimples that had already been picked at/burst. The micro needle patch also relieved my cystic acne overnight. The pimple is no longer inflamed or painful. When I took the patch off, I could see the liquid and oils that it had pulled out BUT didn’t experience the scarring I have with other patches. Other reviews mention that the patches are fragile, but I don’t necessarily think that’s any different from the other brands I’ve tried. I had no problem trying to get one out of the package on the first try. Overall, I think these are a really good fit for folks with oily skin who experience scarring with other patches. These definitely pull more sebum and not as much oil, so you should see your pimples decrease in size without adding to the inflammation. The patches adhere well and stayed on all night without peeling off (even though I’d accidentally bunched up some edges on the hydrocolloid patches when applying). I’m definitely going to keep a stock of both types readily available!

These were the first brand that I tried several months ago as I have very bad hormonal acne. They worked just as described the first time. But, I was my too thrilled about the price so I tried at least 3 or more other less expensive but still highly rated brands. Those other people clearly have never tried Rael because none of the other brands come close to Rael in quality, adhesion, transparency, and comfort. These stick VERY well. If the area isn't too big with a very large amount of sebum, they are discreet. But, they start working immediately and pull stuff out from under the skin within MINUTES. The price is still a bit hefty but I'd rather pay more for a brand that I know works than waste more money on subpar brands than don't do nearly as good of a job as Rael. Rael is the brand to choose. I order these regularly.

These patches adhere fairly well to my chin, over a very large cystic pimple. I admit, the microneedle patches I used before caving and picking were the Kill brand, not Rael. I figured I would buy both on the off chance I ised all the Kill stickers (whose price tag is honestly ridiculous). After the zit popped though, I found this brand to be preferrable to my usual HERO staple for a number of reasons: 1) While the hero patches are bigger and thicker, this brand was more comfortable to wear long term. As I was treating during my work day, I felt more confident with these thin, flexible sheets than with other brands. They're thinner, but seem to work just as well and are more comfortable. 2) They're practically invisible on my face. Now, it's not really possible to make these things disappear entirely. Because they're thinner, they do wrinkle some when I speak and tend to stretch on the skin. I will say that this recurring zit does live on my chin, so there may be more movement and wear as a result. 3) I feel less inclined to change them early. Because they wear so well, this brand was much less noticable on my face. I couldn't feel it and in fact, forgot it was there until I took a bathroom break. That made it easier to focus on getting work done rather than worrying about how it felt or looked. I did wear a tiny bit of concealer over these and no one seemed to notice. Overall, pretty good product.

I suffer from cystic acne (on my chin and jawline, so probably connected to hormones) as well as dematillomania, or skin picking disorder. It's so hard for me to not pop the big honkers, especially when these painful zits have been around for days/weeks. All I want is clear skin, but cystic acne combined with skin picking leaves me with scars that take months to fade even when I'm pimple-free . I've been using Rael's Miracle Patch (pink package) for awhile. This is a great product, and works best on more surface-level zits. Last night, I tried the Acne Healing Patch (green package) on a persistent cystic zit I've already tried to extract, plus another cyst brewing on the other side of my chin. I've used so many different products to treat cystic acne, but nothing has worked like Rael's Acne Healing Patch. I kept the patches on overnight, and in the morning I found both had reduced significantly in size. The zits are well on their way to healing, and I finally feel like I will be able to treat cystic blemishes effectively and go concealer-free in the coming months. I never write reviews, but I felt I should share this experience with Rael patches. Acne can be so mentally debilitating, and I've been helped by a lot of fellow acne sufferers who share their experiences in product reviews. I hope my review is helpful for someone else. Thank you Rael, for a truly game-changing cystic acne treatment!

I've had pimples since I was 13. I'm 21 now. Although they've improved since the days of being a teenager, I still get them and they hurt. I have a bad habit of picking at my zits or squeezing them so much to get the crap out, that they wind up scarring or looking awful for a couple of weeks while they heal. These patches are amazing! The microcrystal cover is excellent for those zits you see starting but need help pulling them to the surface for an easier pop. While the invisible spot cover helps to pull all the gunk out of a zit after it's been popped. Plus, because it cleans out the pimple so well, the healing is quicker, less noticeable, and best of all I don't have to worry as much about another pimple forming under healing skin because I couldn't get all the buildup out on the first go. I've tried every wipe, cream, and moisturizer out there to deal with pimples. These patches are the best solution I have ever found. **Plus I love that I can leave them on overnight so that by morning the pimple that was forming the day before is gone or at least easier to deal with!

These are the best patches I’ve tried, they stick really well and they are totally clear. Others I have tried are still noticeable. I get cystic and surface acne and I use the regular on surface acne once it has a white head and I use the microneedle on the cystic acne. It won’t heal the cystic acne overnight but it does speed up recovery time for sure. The regular patches will clear a white head up overnight. They do come in multiple sizes where the microneedle do not, I wish they did because sometimes cystic acne can be so massive. I love these I am ordering more and I am ordering the hot spot patches as well. I wish those came In microneedle patches as well. Only complaint is I wish you got more in a package.

Le prix est un peu élevé, mais fonctionne très bien. Je risque malgré tout de racheter dans le futur.
