Raycon, I've already put a claim through asurion since I got your headphones through Amazon on the official page there. However, I am extremely upset with the quality of the headphones due to the fact that having them for only a month and a half (bought them April 16th this year) they have broken. I have only put them on and taken them off I leave them on a headphone stand as to not damage them and yet just from normal use they have broken. In this email I will provide three pictures one showing the left side having cracks and the right side having been completely destroyed just due to casual use and nothing more. I am extremely unsatisfied as I thought your company would provide me with durable and long lasting headphones only to find out that it was a lie and your headphones turned out to be faulty and less than adequate. I do not wish to buy another pair of your headphones ever again and that includes ear buds, headphones, speakers, and anything else you may sell due to this very obvious display of weak non durable and absolutely terrible material and design. Please take this email as a chance to learn from your mistakes and become better so people can have headphones they actually can use everyday without them breaking so easily. Thank you for your time, A very unsatisfied customer

The sound quality is good and they are comfortable. The issue is the ANC mode will get all staticy and break up while music or podcast is playing. My phone will be on the ground by a bench or in my pocket and it goes in and out like I’m far off from my phone.

I’ve used other headphones that don’t quite hit the noise cancellation to the level of Raycon. I love my Raycons and they fit comfortably and have terrific sound quality; love being able to isolate sound, adjust volume levels easily and also adjustment to emphasize bass sounds

It is true that these headphones have active noise cancellation. It is also true that these headphones have a 3.5mm audio jack. What is neither apparent nor documented, even in the user manual, is that plugging a cable into the 3.5mm jack turns all the active electronics in the headphones off -- including the ANC. You therefore *cannot* use a wired audio connection with the noise cancellation feature. The ANC is also not particularly strong. There is also a (documented) shortcoming where the headphones cannot be charged and used at the same time. Audio fidelity seemed fine for listening to spoken word over bluetooth. I only got about half an audio track through it before packing it back up for return. It was over a wired connection, and I was honestly paying more attention to the fact that the wired connection caused the headphones to shut completely off, than I was to the audio quality at that point. I briefly tried the mic functionality, and I was duly unimpressed. I'm not sure what the drive is to cram so many mics (and processing) into these, to get such predictably lackluster audio results, but there you have it. Might be OK for other people with other usage profiles and expectations, but these are insufficient to replace and refresh my old Panasonic RP-HC500 set.
