Arrived just as late as monster hunter bc they were shipped together😩 BUT also arrived in excellent condition ready to roll and pair to my series x 👌I purchased this with Affirm as well and I gotta say, I'm impressed with the customization options for xbox through the dedicated Razer app you can get and change the lighting, m8c clarity, equalizers what frequency hertz are louder thN others... it's pretty crazy 😅😅🤣 I do recommend however that you connect them to a pc and update the firmware to the latest version to get the best sound👌👍 but other than that, 0 issues paring to the xbox IA native Bluetooth options. TKe Bout 10 seconds and they're ready to use 👍

I'd like to start off by saying I have owned these headphones for a few years now, bought in 2021 and its 2025 now, and I still use them as my primary headset for gaming on both xbox and pc. The mic, from what I've been told by friends I play with, sounds amazing. The audio is good, but if you take the time and do some research and look for EQ profiles for the style of games that you play, they can sound great. The most comfortable headphones I have ever worn to this day, razer did a really good job of padding these headphones. I really can't say enough about the comfort of them. The durability on them and the drivers is amazing, I've dropped them quite a few times in the timespan that I have owned them, and they still work really well, I not long ago just started to experience a static noise for a second or 2 once every few days, seeing that it took nearly 4 years for that to happen with the wear and beating it has taken, I'd say is pretty good. With all of that said I would say it was worth the price I got them for when they released, and they are definitley worth the price now that they are even cheaper.

I've only got two (maybe three) complaints about these headphones: 1. Due to a poor design choice, the plastic that attaches the drivers to the band is a weak point. Roommate had recommended these headphones and so I got them. His broke where the plastic was weak after 8 months-1 year. I thought he was just rough with them, until mine broke after shy of 2 years (within warranty) and I've only ever used these for light gaming and office work. 2. Firmware issues on boot. The ability to switch between Bluetooth and the wireless dongle is fantastic, but it tends to get "stuck" while trying to connect to the last device while booting up the headphones. And it won't allow you to switch manually at this time, kinda freezes until it gives up or makes a connection. 3 (ish). Wish there was better support to change chroma options than just through their mobile app. But that's pretty low on my list. Other than that, I love these headphones. The active haptic setting really adds a layer to games and music. And with a detachable mic and ability to switch between Bluetooth and the USB dongle on the fly, I couldn't ask for a better set of features. Which is why I was so bumbed after the first pair broke after just shy of two years. So bumbed that I made sure to register them, got a hold of the warranty team, and crossed my fingers. They were replaced under warranty and the process was really smooth. Thanks Razer, these headphones are awsome, and looking forward for several more years out of the new pair.

Please read this if you’re on the fence about this headset. It claims it is built for Xbox. With ‘True’ Bluetooth. The connectivity is unbearable. Truly awful. At first, it sounds awful until you download the buggy xbox app to tweak the settings. After that, the biggest issue is crackling noises every minute or so. Apparently this is a known issue for this headset. It crackles constantly like it is losing connection. I called Razer support and they refused to admit it was a known issue. They offered for a replacement if I either 1. Payed for another headset in advance or 2. Go 3 weeks without a headset until they can determine if it is a manufacturing defect. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I had Amazon send me a replacement. SAME ISSUE. This new headset sounds like garbage. I forgot to mention, half of the time, the mute button does not work. Found that out the hard way when I’m having a personal conversation with my girlfriend and even though my headset is clearly set to muted, everyone in my party can hear what I’m saying. This headset looks cool, it feels durable, it is comfortable, but for actual usefulness, it is worse than any headset I have ever owned. I even turned off EVERY wifi/Bluetooth device in my house to verify there wasn’t any interference. Still, it could not stay connected. Whether I was in front of the tv or In the next room, both of the headsets don’t like Xbox’s. Check every Reddit forum about these. I wish I read them sooner. Like I said at the beginning, if you’re on the fence about this, do not buy it. For $140, you can get something way better.

I needed an headset to be able to listen to rock, metal & EDM; gaming mostly racing games; finally work from headset with mic! I was using a Plantronic wired 1-ear headset for VoIP. This headset is awesome!! The quality is 5* with EQ settings using a separately Wireless Xbox Adapter*. The boom mic is detachable which is cool since I don't need it when gaming or listen to music. The battery life is awesome as I can use it for 8 hours while I work from home in IT support call center. It isolates very well my ears. Mic is awesome! Headset is heavier then the Turtle Beach 600 gen2 that I am returning to keep the Razer. But generally it is a more tough construction, it feels less cheap than the turtle beach. Leds doesn't work with Synapse/Chroma. There is an App Razer Headset Setup in Windows Store when you pair it with the Xbox One wireless adapter to adjust EQ, leds 2-3 functions (breathing, static...). Sound quality is similar, mic is better on the Razer. The main difference is the comfort! Wow after 1 hour the Turtle Beach was squeezing my head, too tight and I have a small head (Cap size 6 3/4 or 7). I wear the Razer for 4 hours straight when I work before taking a break and I often forget to remove them from my head! Another great Razer product. I bought the original Microsoft USB dongle wireless controller adapter for Windows 10 to work with my PC. I didn't tried Bluetooth as I have earbuds also but will do since it could deliver better sound when I'm outside cutting the grass!! :) Razer 10* as usual!!!

I got the Razer Kaira Pro for PS5 to replace my ageing PlayStation Platinum Headset. Razer HyperSense exceeded my expectations! It's great! I currently use it on both my PS5 and PC.

Acabo de adquirir estos audífonos, buena calidad de audio, el volumen no es el más alto de todos pero está perfecto para jugar, son muy cómodos y la batería duro mucho

Painless association to an Xbox. If you're buying it just for the Xbox, do yourself a favor and buy the other version without the Bluetooth functionality. I couldn't find a way to use the Bluetooth without also powering on the Xbox when powering on the headset. My original intent was to use the Bluetooth for my TV, for when only my TV was going to be used.
