I picked up the Ring Rechargeable Battery Pack to use with my Ring Video Doorbell 2, and it’s been a game-changer for my smart home setup reviews. The battery pack is easy to swap out—just pop it into the charging slot, and it’s ready to go in a few hours (I used a standard USB-C cable, not included). Ring claims about 6-12 months of battery life depending on usage, and after two months of moderate use (10-15 motion events daily), I’m still at 60%—pretty impressive! The build feels sturdy, and it fits perfectly into my doorbell without any wiggle. I also tested it with my Ring Stick Up Cam, and it worked seamlessly across devices, which is a big plus for Ring ecosystem users. My only suggestion would be to include a charging cable in the box, but that’s a minor nitpick. If you own a Ring device, this battery pack is a must-have for uninterrupted performance. Highly recommend!

This battery worked exactly as expected! It fit both of my Ring devices with no issues and charged up just fine. Super easy to install and has been working smoothly. Definitely a solid backup or replacement.

This Ring Rechargeable Quick Release Battery Pack is a lifesaver! I was always a little anxious about my Ring doorbell running out of power, especially since it's a bit of a hassle to take the whole thing down to charge. This battery pack has completely eliminated that worry. It's incredibly easy to install – it literally took seconds to swap out the old one. The quick release mechanism is genius! Now, I just pop this one out, bring it inside to charge, and pop a fresh one in. No more downtime for my doorbell! The battery life is also impressive. I get a good long run out of each charge, and the peace of mind knowing my doorbell is always powered on is invaluable. Highly recommend this for any Ring owner – it's a game changer!

Went with the name brand after looking at reviews for the look alike ones. No issues. I have 2 batteries. After replacing a dead one. I charge and store it til needs changed again. Last a good amount of time. I living in high traffic area so it gets tripped a lot. Change batteries maybe every 2 months.

The more your door bell camera operates , the shorter the battery life . That just makes sense. In settings you can adjust it to work when and how you like .
