I don’t often write reviews but this vacuum/mop has just been awesome. Setup was a breeze, it mapped the house in minutes vs how long our old Roomba took to do the same. The LiDAR on the top really makes a huge difference. No slamming into things (or even soft bumping). In terms of day to day usage, it really does an incredible job. We have found we don’t need to bring our maid in nearly as frequently to clean the floors. It handles the vac and mop daily and our floors have never looked better. Even our friends and family have commented about how much better they look. We used to have paw prints and hair start to show up within a day or two of cleaning, now we just run this thing daily. The swiffer and Dyson have really not been needed other than in small crevices where the vac cant fit. The AI planning seems pretty smart about deciding what to clean, what order, and how much to clean. If you want, however, you can customize every detail of the run on a room by room basis (great if you want to make a deep clean run). The edge cleaning on the mop helps get it in tough corners and make all the floors look great. We did purchase the Roborock branded soap to go with it, which is the only soap they “allow” to keep your warranty valid. Granted higher price for soap, but at the point that you’re investing this in a robot vacuum you probably should get the right soap. Anyways, overall couldn’t really recommend this thing more. Has saved us a serious amount of time and effort keeping floors clean and makes a noticeable difference on day 1.

Excellent robot vacuum and mop. After the initial mapping of my house, it provided a thorough, accurate and customizable layout of my rooms. The initial setup of the Roborock S5A was easy and the app is pretty intuitive, it took me a little while to dig around to find all the settings to adjust the vacuum suction strength, room configuration settings, etc. It does a great job mopping the floors with several options of cleaning duration and intensity. Vacuuming is also a breeze, it's thorough, cleaning virtually all the carpeted surfaces in my house and avoid obstacles (tables/chairs/etc) with ease. It's also super convenient it empties the dirty water and dustbin into the docking station. If you don't need the robot to rise over higher doorway thresholds, internal voice commands (I prefer use the app for controlling the robot), or minimal suction improvement (17k vs 18.5K Pa) of the regular Roborock Qrevo Edge, save your money and buy the S5A, it has basically all the same functions but with a substantial financial savings. Definitely recommend you purchase this robot vacuum and mop.

It has been great so far. The only thing keeping me from giving it five stars is we have a multi-floor house with a couple of the rooms being sunk in. The app can handle up to four levels but it's not very intuitive when you want to tell it to do a floor that's not the floor of the base is based on. And there's really no good reason for the limit of four levels. A slight tweak to the programming, primarily in the app, and it would make a huge difference.

This machine is great. I clean a 3 bed 2 bath airbnb twice a week average. Nice vinyl planking and 7 area rugs, no thresholds. 1350 sq ft. I ordered it and the Saros 10R and received the Qrevo first. Qrevo didn't get everything but man it did a really nice job right off the bat and it did a slightly better job overall than the Saros when it came. Not because it's better, just because it's the right bot for my space. It has a better battery life a turnover type clean and more water storage (looks like). Even if the Saros got under the couches I think the extra jazz is only good if you have thresholds and want poop and toy avoidance type qualities and also it seems like it has more AI learning capability. Im telling my bot where to go exactly when I want it there Probably as good or better than you could expect from a housecleaner in a properly prepared space. I make my place perfect for guests because its just me cleaning and running the business, so for an airbnb with my floors I think it turns my 25 minute vacuum and 20 minute mop into a 5 minute vacuum and a couple of spot wipes and the floor is clean everywhere. Every time I dump out the dirty water tank it's dirty. If you run your own STR get this thing! Even for you r cleaner to have an easier time doing it solo. I know it replaces jobs so sue me. It has everything you want and not the things that are better for a parent or dog owner who doesnt want to clear the floor before dispersing the machine.

I love my robot vacuum. I love how easy it is to use, it saves me time to take care of my kid, and it cleans perfectly. The battery life is great too, and the noise level on the auto-empty dustbin is good, but the self-washing is a bit loud, but that’s fine.

The initial vac/mop cycle was meh. But then I changed settings in the app so it did a deep carpet cleaning and 2x mopping and it did a fantastic job. Took nearly 3 hours to do 1200 square feet of mixed carpet and laminate floors. It’s my first robot vac and I impressed! The app is great too - intuitive and very configurable. Hopefully this little robot stands the test of time!

Esse robô é fantástico. Eu tinha um Roomba série 800 e esse aqui é uma evolução gigantesca. A qualidade dele é impecável, o app é fantástico e completo. Na primeira limpeza completa da casa, a água já apareceu com bastante sujeira. Mostra que ele limpa mesmo. A navegação dele pela casa é muito boa e precisa. O mapeamento é bem minucioso. Vale muito o investimento. E a entrega da Amazon foi a mais rápida que já vi na vida de um item vindo dos EUA. Chegou em apenas 8 dias!
