Our can came via trucking line. No one mentioned they were coming with a Semi. We live on a very narrow road and while my husband works from home, the driver called and wanted him to meet him a few miles away. Well, that's great except we can't fit a 65 gallon can in our car! So, had it delivered to my work. I commute with our SUV. The second problem was, the can is missing the axle bracket. I called Rubbermaid. They asked me to take pictures and send them proof of purchase. I did. After that, they said, "we don't have any parts". What??? The manufacturer doesn't have any parts? Let me guess. It's made in China and the parts are on a cargo ship off the coast? The selling vendor only offered to have us return the can. After that circus act with the semi? No thanks. Rubbermaid get a 1 star and although I don't expect the selling vendor to cough up a bracket, they were no help either. So, now we have a $200 bucket with an axle that drags on the ground.
