Love that they can be stacked easily if you want to buy more. Nice and clear. Easy to wash. The seal is all one single piece! Kinda expensive, but worth it.

Proper quality plastic for food, perfect seal. The only ones I will buy.

I used to have a bunch of the red-topped Rubbermaid tupperware, but the containers soaked up every bit of pasta sauce color over time, became foggy, and when they went into the microwave to reheat things, the inside plastic would get small areas of rough surface, which I can only imagine happened because there was some oil there that became superheated in the microwave, that melted the plastic a tiny bit. I threw these away because that defect made me nervous that the plastic was getting into my food (these rough areas would attract a white film of detergent from the dishwasher - blegh!). This set is MUCH better. Perfectly clear, hasn't stained a single bit, and the inner container surface remains perfectly smooth after microwaving something. I do agree that these lids do not feel as tight as their red-topped predecessors, but I don't mind that at all because I actually found that the previous versions were oftentimes too hard for me to open...especially if the container had been placed in the freezer, which made the top much less flexible. I had struggled at times to fully seal or remove the old version's top, but these feel snug enough to me while having the flexibility to be removed without my hurting my hand. I got two of the 5-cup sizes to test them out, and loved them so much I got another two. Definitely recommend.

well, I agree, they are somewhat overpriced, but I guess if you want them you just have to buy them. I have a lot of the older 2 cup version with the nice red lids that seal completely. I actually use them for my ice cream. I divide up a container of ice cream and store the containers in my fridge and then when I want Ice cream its already to go and they are easy to eat out of.. they stack nice too. Now these new ones stack nicely too. but the lid should be redesigned. others have said the lids don't seal good and I agree. they are not great if the lid isn't going to seal like the red ones do. but I do like the clear bottoms. and I know they do not leave stains in them from spaghetti or any red sauce, which is great. Little tip: if you have any of the red containers of any size and you bought the same size container in this version, the red lids will fit on them. at least my 2 cup container red lids fit on these premier ones. makes a tighter seal if your not picky about the color of the lid. I love the grey lids. but I am worried that if you put food in them, is the food going to stay fresh? Only time will tell. I purchased 3 different sizes, 6 of each.

These are really the best. I love that both the bottoms and the tops are stackable. Most importantly, they are clear so I can see what's inside easily. I bought these on a tip since too often my food went bad in the fridge. What can I say - I was too lazy to unwrap tin foil or pop open tupperware that hid the contents. These are the best ever - better than more expensive ones I've bought. No leak, and hard to break. When one did break (in a suitcase so not typical use), I called Rubbermaid and they sent me a replacement free.

this style of tupperware is better than the cheap stuff out there today. Lids go on and off easily. Seals good. Will take a beating and the dishwasher and never warps

...because I have trouble opening lids when the items are frozen. They are easy to clean and keep everything neatly stacked in a level sort of way being all the same height. They clean up well and the soft rubber tops put these in the Mercedes Class. I have a small freezer and I need room to have other things in there and these help with that a lot too. I can get small organic franks in these having frozen them first on a tray so they do not stick together. I do that with everything I freeze and then put the items into these containers for further freezing. The best!

Love these Rubbermaid stain and smell resistant containers! However, they are extremely expensive. We wish they would lower the price.

Rubbermaid stainshield containers like this are amazing, expensive but well worth the investment as they last for so many years. I had one which i bought back in 1990, it finally broke when I dropped it on a stone floor in 2016 (26 years use before I cracked it), i used it most days for storage and heating food in the microwave. This was the only container that was never affected by the microwave, all other containers would pit or stain when heating tomato based sauce. I now have a few of these and take one, with food, to work and heat in the work microwave. Just the best

Great size for storing leftovers. Stackable with a snap on top/bottom. I washed them before using them and they are very easy to clean and are sturdy with an easily removable lid that seals very well.

It is too pricey for what it is. it is a nice plastic tupper but not more than that. NOt particularly good closure. It is big though.
