I eat mostly salads for lunch, so this has been really great to have. It holds a nice size salad, and I use the tray that fits on top for my protein, which is usually chicken, deli turkey, eggs, etc. I don't use the little cup for dressing because I keep my dressing at work, but it's good for any nuts/seeds, or shredded/cubed cheese I want to add. I find that oils from dressing tend to stick more to plastic containers, so this being steel is easier to wash up each day. I feel like this will last a long time and I really like the dark red color.

Great size! The steel keeps everything crisp. The section at the top to separate the toppings is a little weird because all the toppings will mix, which could be an issue. Personally I think the dressing cup needs to be slightly bigger, especially if you have a full bowl of lettuce. Easy to clean.

Really keeps salads cold. I can eat a lot of salad at lunch. The container is nice and large for me to fill up with greens, vegetables, and proteins. I keep my utensils on the top tray. Haven't bothered with the dressing container. I more than tolerate it. It's really useful and helps me bring a less expensive lunch to work.

6 month review. The container has held up well and perfectly fills the need I bought it for: a sturdy container for carrying my daily lunch salad. The steel bowl is easy to clean, the tray and dressing container fit and function well, and I'm very pleased with the food portions I'm able to carry. The top seals with a decent "snap" and the window on top has not leaked or yellowed at all. Removing the tray and sealing the bowl to give my salad a good shake/mix is a great bonus I didn't think about when purchased. All and all, I'm happy with the purchase. I docked it one star for the following: 1. The bowl is obviously going to outlast it's finish. The paint has not held up well at all. 2. The top seals quite nicely and does not leak IF the dressing container is perfectly centered in its grove. Otherwise, expect some leakage. 3. The dressing container makes direct contact with the lid, actually bulging out a mm or two... this holds the container in place during travel but makes the lid more prone to leaks. Again, take time to place it properly to avoid this problem. 4. Price of the item reduces the "value" proposition quite a bit. MSRP is too high.

This design is rather delightful and makes you want to eat salads frequently. It is stainless steel, unlike most of its plastic competitors, and the round shape differentiates it as well. The size is perfect for a single meal, and the salad dressing container holds the perfect amount of dressing as well. I do wish that the top lid was easier to close, particularly the area above where the salad dressing container resides, but I would sacrifice difficult closure, over a lack of a good seal any time. The only drawbacks are I wish there were better colors. I got the army green version because it was discounted. I would not pay the extra price for the fancier patterns.

If I'm going to bring homemade salads to work every day, I deserve a great bowl. The bowl is big, the components are functional, and besides easy to clean, it is so darn cute! I get comments about my salad bowl all the time. I love that you can separate your salad components and that the dressing cup is just the right size and never leaks. If a cute salad bowl makes eating a healthy salad feel a little less like drudgery and little more like self care it's worth the extra few bucks! Bought one for my husband, too. You won't regret it.

I know they re marketing this bowl as a salad bowl but it has a number of uses. It can be used for hot dishes too. The stainless steel is easy to clean but as there is no insulation you may need to think of a further idea to keep food hot or cold as needed. The lid is a useful addition as this keeps food secure on the go or keeps it fresh when in storage. I like the addition of the condiments tub as this is useful for me to take salad dressing to work rather putting it on my salad in the morning and making it soggy. The bowl has a unique design and it has gained interest in the fridge at work too.

I really love this bowl, I have ADHD so I'm not great at remembering and this bowl keeps the salad I do manage to prep very fresh, it's better for me to prep at the start of the week and eat over the next two or three days and this is a great size for doing that and for keeping it fresh if i forget to eat it that day. Easy to clean as well.

Product serms survived from tsunami. Old,Bruises , scratches. If just small its ok but all over the cover. I like the size though and separation of salads , maybe i wait for another deal. Amazon has easy returns so thats the stars goes to the service.

Love this bowl. keeps everything separated perfectly so no soggy salad. I love the top compartment to put a little fruit in to add to my salad after. dressing container is perfect size if you want the extra dressing.
