This litter box works just as it should! Well constructed, easy to set up, very quiet. We have a very large (17 lbs.) Maine Coon, and were concerned that the box might not be large enough. This is not a problem. Wolfie took to it immediately, and it has worked perfectly. It cleans itself completely, and the waste bag is very easy to change out, with no mess! It uses standard plastic trash can liners, and would work with grocery store bags (without the convenience of draw strings) No complaints whatsoever!

We had purchased another automatic litter box prior to this one. The opening was a small circle hole entry and our rescue cat Mochachino,REFUSED to use or even put a paw in. I had to return that one and search again. I read all the details, specifications, and great reviews, and decided to buy this lifesaver. We were not disappointed.The open rectangular design is large and spacious for our big boy who is long, fluffy, and 10lbs. We had to go away over the holidays for 12 days and knew that this was what we were going to have to have for his box to stay clean. Although we had friends come to feed him, we didn’t want them to have to do a daily scooping. It is absolutely FANTASTIC!! The thing I love most is it’s very efficient and QUIET. Mochachino jumps at the slightest noise and he absolutely LOVES this electric litter box. My husband set it to clean itself 10 minutes after he leaves, and it does the job perfectly. Set up was easy, and we change the litter bag once a week. Clean up is a breeze, and with the purchase came a roll of sturdy litter disposal bags. I would DEFINITELY recommend and purchase again!

I've had this litter box for a month and I love it! My kitten is VERY particular of her box and needs it cleaned a lot. So this box is everything I've needed for my sanity. Pros: No leaks! Everything sits very tight together and works great! Cleaning - while it takes an hour or so to truly deep clean it, it's very easy and everything important can detach so you can wash in the bath tub or the sink. Ease of use - it was so easy to set up and so easy to learn how the box works. Size - Perfect! For a kitten that is particular about her box, it's very big enough for her obsessive digging habits as well. Box technology - the sensors are very responsive, which I like. The kitten goes in and out, so the arm always stops when it needs. The countdown is very nice as well, because as my kitten goes in and out, 20 minutes is enough for her to pace and then walk away so the box cleans so effortlessly. Cons: Noise - It can be a little loud. The litter gets in the gears and it crunches as the arm moves. If you don't brush out the litter of the tracks enough, the crushed dust then can make it squeaky. A deep clean has gotten rid of all the noise issues for me so I will clean monthly going forward. Smell - the drawer does get smelly, which is unpleasant but anywhere you store feces and urine will smell. As long as the drawer is closed, the smell is non-existent. Power cable - it's too short! I have to have an extension cord for the box to fit functionally.

So far it does the job. Bought this as an additional littler box for a house with 3 cats. For many years had been using the petsafe automatic litter box that uses crystals. Trying different clumping litter, tidy cats lightweight clumping litter, worlds best corn clumping litter, etc. All seem to does its job. Very quiet, but definitely have to empty the drawer every two days else it smells( the Crystal litter dries out the poop, so not much smell). Easy to clean and good size. The phone app works well.

this litter box was the perfect solution for not scooping daily and enjoying a stress free holiday with the family. The open design is easier for our older cat to accept the change. We turned it off the first few days until she got use to the automatic cleaner. I left the default setting to clean 5 minutes after motion, had no issues with setting up the app. It's not that loud, and easy to clean, and the waste box fills up about 3-4 days with 2 large cats. grocery bags also fit the waste bin, which was an unexpected bonus.

So far the litter box has worked very well! Easy to set up and very quiet. My Tabby used it right away. I like the fact that I don't have to do any more scooping and her mess is contained. The litter box even came with a litter mat which helps with litter tracking. Everything you need is in the box!
