Bought 2 of these and one arrived broken. Box was not damaged at all so looks like it happened at the factory. Any way, I reported the issue to Majool and they immediately helped me return the broken one and replaced it with a new one. Special thanks for the customer service agent who stayed in constant communication during the whole processes.

Using as small church auditorium display for congregational singing, readings, sermon notes, etc. It replaced old projector and screen. For now, fed as an extension of computer screen; haven't figured out yet how we'll use file storage, Player, other unique features. Expecting many years of good service.

Trying to get a nice display that wasn't a Smart TV. First one I ordered arrived with a physically broken screen. Samsung box was undamaged, like unit had been boxed after something hit the screen. Second one I ordered appeared ok until powered up. On white or light color displays very visible dark defects were present on the screen. I removed the screen protector sheet hoping they were just on the peel off protector but no, they were part of the screen itself. Tried cleaning the defect areas but the defects are on the inside layers of the screen. Too bad as it appeared to have the features I was looking for. Sadly the visual defects were not acceptable.

I bought three of these Monitors for my business in Jan 2021. Started using them in March 2021 and now in June 2022, two of them are showing a blank screen with flashing LEDs. This is crazy coming from a Samsung product. Now I’m feeling like I’m just waiting for the last one to go bad. I have to get on to Samsung and I hope they honor their 3-yr warranty.

Everything you read about this monitor indicates that it has the option for portrait orientation. Turns out it does not despite the manual stating that it does. What a terrible waste of time and money.

These Samsung Business commercial displays are gorgeous picture, 4k is clean and nice, brightness is exactly what was expected. We use it to connect a USB stick to display work content. If mounting higher up, you can get a USB extender cable (i.e. 6ft cable) and connect to the unit and then the USB to the extender. Works like a charm. Yes, it has Wifi and a lite version of presentation software build into its OS but this is what works for us and why I bought it at this price point.

Display quality was much worse than the 18yo Pansonic commercial plasma it was intended to replace. Warning: Vendor ships from local warehouse; however, returns are cross-country at buyers expense with a restocking fee - consider carefully prior to purchasing from this vendor.

We have an unusual use - we use ours outdoors, 24/7! It is in a shelter, and we use the panel as part of our outdoor learning programs. We gambled and tried this panel, as it seems from the specs to be more durable than consumer-level panels - and so far, after a couple of months, it works perfectly! Of course we keep it out of the rain but it is exposed to dust and it keeps ticking.
