DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE.
I ordered this product x 2. Amazon delivered the first Samsung phone to the wrong address on 7.9.24. I called to Amazon to complain and they would not issue refund and was told to wait. The picture from the Amazon delivery driver showed that it had been delivered but to the wrong unit. They said they would send another out in a couple of days. I got no email confirming this. Waited 2 days did not get replacement phone. Was lucky though because someone had dropped it off to my complex managers office and they gave me the phone. The first phone was supposed to be unlocked. Put SIM card into phone would not work. The phone was Verizon not for TMOBILE. Called to get a refund and return. Amazon sent another phone 4 days later. That phone did not work either. Would not text or turn on and off properly. So now I have to pay $40.00 toward an Uber bill to get it over to UPS or Amazon Fresh to get both returned so I can get my original $140.00 back.

I got it for my boyfriend to replace an iPhone that kicked the bucket. It was very affordable. And so far, he has no complaints with the phone. He actually prefers the Android.
The camera is decent. It's a sturdy, dependable phone which is essential since my boyfriend uses it to manage his T1 diabetes. Great battery life. Only thing is that it can be a little slow when loading something demanding, but that's expected for a budget phone.
Can't even tell it's refurbished.

I appreciate the cost for the phone I picked out having such a great reputation and quality functions. Unfortunately, I had a problem with the phone and if I was in a different situation, not dealing with caregivers, nurses, doctors, PT"s making appointments constantly every week for my 93 year old mother's condition, I would not have been so upset. I wanted to pick out another phone, but I really liked the Galaxy J42 5G. Once the Amazon Representative, caught wind of that, Amazon convinced me to return the phone and have it replaced by the same seller. Amazon told me to think about giving the seller another chance to make it right. It is so important to have a way of communicating with mother's condition, I was not sure I could wait for the replacement phone delivery and what if I had a problem again. I agreed with Amazon and confirmed I would send back the phone immediately and wait for new phone. Amazon said to me that they would take 100% responsibility if the I had a problem with the phone. I saw that the new phone was ordered and shipped before they received the first phone. I am so glad I waited. I love the phone. And, when I went to plug in to charge, it showed 95% charged, which I smiled knowing before the phone was sent, someone made sure I would be happy. I put in my sim card and never had to set-up carrier information. It worked instantly and I have not had any problems and I am enjoying the connection, the speed of the phone, the touch of the phone. I love it. Thank you to seller for double checking the phone, and thank you to Amazon for standing behind your client (the seller).

When I got the phone the next day I took me five minutes to activate it then I put my sim card in and I called one of my family members and it worked. Say the least I am very impressed with this phone is this refurbished, wow great job, to me it looks brand new.

This phone seems like it's ok.... when you first receive it. I've had the phone for about a week or so. The fingerprint sensor only works sometimes which makes it a hassle if you're trying to unlock certain apps. The battery life seems likes it's good. Hasn't frozen on me yet seems to work except for the fingerprint.
