I was skeptical and debating if i should take a risk and purchase this phone being it was refurbished and how much less the price was if i was to buy it new. Im so glad i did cause this phone is incredible. Came to me in perfect condition. No scratches or any markings. You cant even tell that this was a refurbished phone. The pictures the camera takes is amazing and it runs so smooth. This is by far the best phone I had ever purchased. I wont need an upgrade for a couple of yrs. The battery charges really fast and was easy to set up as well.

A clear winner of a deal, If you need a new phone still relying on 5G; which happens to be behind in software. I was glad to be able to purchase this phone. My phone was back from 2021, and I desperately needed a new phone which is up to date with updates, and not feeling slow with tasks at hand.

Phone performs well, I would reccomend purchasing the locked version of YOUR sevice provider instead of an unlocked phone. I got the att model. I was mistakenly sent a wrong color but im happy with the titanium black model. Thankfully I did get reimbursed for it by the seller. Kudos to seller. (the color mix up was a one time thing) Phone runs nicely, the battery could do an hour better but otherwise its still good. There was a very small scratch on the screen but it is unnoticeable.

The Good: The screen is perfect and there's no scratches anywhere. It comes with a screen protector already installed on it. Aftermarket USBC cable for transferring data and a high-powered charger, also USBC in the box. It was wrapped in packaging foam and there was no original box. It came by Federal Express which I had to sign for. The bad: The pen is not recognized by the phone. You can do just about everything with it but the remote aspect of it does not work. One of my favorite things to do is take group pictures and I cannot do that. The icon is extremely annoying as it's constantly blinking not recognizing the pen. So I had to shut off the notifications. This is an unlocked phone to a carrier but it is a T-Mobile phone. It came with a bunch of T-Mobile bloatware and if you do not shut off the T-Mobile built-in app that you cannot get rid of, it will automatically download third-party apps. So I did a hard reboot and everything is the same. The annoying flashing pen icon and T-Mobile. Other than the "bad" it's a great flagship phone.

It looks brand new so no complaints, original S Pen , right storage and it’s fully factory unlocked. It does have some heating issues right not but that may be due to OneUI 7. I ran a software called devcheck that showed the battery capacity is 4855/5000 so not too bad.

I was a bit scared of ordering secondhand off Amazon, but I saw another Amazon review talking about how the S24 Ultra arrived in almost perfect condition, and with Samsung removing the product altogether from their store, I decided to trust and take the plunge. And I'm so glad I did! I've had the phone about a month and I have to mirror the other review; the phone arrived in almost perfect condition. There was a little residue around the cameras that seems to be from where the previous owner had taped over the lenses, but other than that I would have believed this phone was brand new at a fraction of the cost. If we're taking into account the quality of the S24 Ultra, I'd also say that's been above expectations as I upgraded from a significantly older phone. I'm still learning how all the new features work, but I'm a big fan of the stylus and the bonuses that come with that.

So ive been thinking of getting an S24 Ultra for some time now, was waiting for some kind of deal but really you only see decent deals for trade ins and even then your phone has to be decently new to get something substantial. Buying the phone from Verizon requires you to either get the ridiculously expensive and unnecessary highest plan they offer and be locked into it for 36 months, not for me. Purchasing the phone with 512GB anywhere is between 1200-1300 dollars new. So I stumbled upon Amazon renewed through Celltraders. I figured I would take a gamble, if I saw anything alarming like damage or anything non working I had enough faith in Amazons return process to give it a go. I paid the extra 10 dollars to get expidited shipping (which I would not recommend since it comes with basically no guarantee as it was delayed, did not get delivered on the Saturday, or Sunday, and instead tried to be delivered on Monday with signature required while I was at work) Lesson learned, dont bother with the expidited shipping if you are east coast as it is coming from Brooklyn NY. Ok, so the phone is ordered, I finally navigate the issues that are the USPS (not at all the fault of Celltraders or Amazon in my opinion) I receive the phone and it comes in a generic white box, generic brick and wire and a sim card tool. BUT to my surprise, the phone is in perfect condition. I could not find a single scratch, mark, skuff, blemish to call out. It came shipped wrapped in buble wrap and a plastic screen protector to help during transit. Immedietly took the phone, slapped a tempered glass screen protector and case on it and it is basically brand new. I set up the phone using smart switch and checked the battery to see it was in perfect condition. Overall I am surprised that it appears to be a brand new phone, no indications that something was replaced or amiss, doesnt even look like it was used once. I almost think it was purchased, tried out and someone returned it (probably coming from an Isheep and had to go back) . Essentially I was able to get the 512Gb version for $1000 and the only "sacrifice" I made was not getting the original Box, booklet or cord. I bought my own 45w brick and cords from Anker so this was irrelevant to me. I had a good experience and would do this again, but you also have to be prepared to set up the phone yourself, transfer data over yourself, activate the sim yourself (either by swapping your old one in there or going to the store to get a new one). So it is not as intiuitive as just buying from the Verizon store or whatever Cell phone provider you use, but it sure does save you money doing it this way. But you are taking a gamble as one previous review states, and if something is wrong you have to pay return shipping. Hopefully if you pull the trigger you have no issues like I did.
