I would not purchase this product. I've had it for less than a year and it has completely flaked out. Support is slow, and they will send you to someone for service for a service fee. Update: the monitor now no longer powers on, no support from the seller or from the manufacturer. If I could give zero stars, I would give zero stars.

I like the monitor but it's just a little too big for me, everything else on it is perfect.

I got this as a birthday present for my boyfriend. We got it 3 days ago, set it up right away. Immediately, we saw a vertical line of dead pixels down the middle. Every other pixel in that line was dead. I should have known this could be an issue with a refurbished product. The next day I submitted a return request. Other than the dead pixels, my boyfriend liked the monitor. So, I’ll get a new one.

When this was working I loved it...BUT it only lasted for a little over a week a yes all and everything was updated software wise. Samsung is not the Samsung of old because there products are crap and very unreliable not just these monitors but stoves and refrigerators and other products as well Samsung quality is poop! I had sales person tell me that Samsung is the most returned products to their store and everyday people I've talked to said the same. BE WARNED DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS ! they do not care and will sell you a turd and smile.

The monitor has the dreaded lines that some of these monitors are known to have. I tried multiple dvi and hdmi cords, and the monitor still has two green lines and one gray line 6 inches apart in the middle of the monitor. I would have though the company would have checked the monitor before shipping. May have to try another one.
