The wood tool does the job, however don’t buy this pan because of it, try get something that is a little heavier. The pan itself is well build and I think it will last a good time looking good. It is easy to clean, and the non-stick surface will leave you with beautiful crepes.

I've yet to try crepes, but I use it all the time for fried eggs and omelettes, grilled cheese sandwiches plus a lot more. It is my everyday go-to pan. It works fine on my induction cooktop, even though it is aluminum it has a ferris bottom insert.

Great crepe pan. Cooks really fast and nothing sticks. Light enough so that I can use just one hand to swirl the pan so that the batter evenly covers te entire surface. In addition to crepes I’ve also made Indian Dosas, and it would be great for stove tops flat breads. This one is quite large, btw.

UPDATED to 4 stars after receiving a replacement After my review and direct reach to the vendor, I received immediate contact from them, and they shipped to me a replacement which we received yesterday - Happened that we were making crepes and the pan worked fine. FYI the previous one changed shape within 3-4 crepes, so as we made like 15 yesterday without any issue, I assume this one will be ok. Original review: the pan looked perfect and our first crepe turned out great. The 2nd one too. But now the pan surface is no longer flat but is curved, which for an induction compatible pan is NOK as the surface must be flat. I have submitted the problem to the seller, and hope to have a quick reply. Hopefully I just got a defective one and they will replace!

Didn't purchase for crepes. Using to make omelettes. Looking for a pan that doesn't/isn't warped. This looked like a reasonable option. Pan is sturdy and high quality. Nice comfortable wooden handle. (comes with a nice quality philips head screwdriver to assemble). Pan a bit heavier than I anticipated. Heats evenly. Easy to use...easy to clean. Not sure of the "warping" issue just yet, but based on the undercarriage design I don't think it will be a problem.

I've been using this pancake pan for a few weeks now and I have found it easy to use and clean. The secret I found to using this pan is to use a low heat setting. Because of it's thin flat design it heats up real fast and stays hot which in time could cause the pan to burn and turn brown after prolonged use on med/high heat. Remember delicious pancakes take time, not seconds. The flat design of this pan makes flipping the pancakes a breeze with no side walls to fight around and I can usually fit 3 decent sized pancakes on it at a time. It has a good weight to it too, it's not light or flimsy by any means and if well looked after could last many years.

Se que se tienen que curar antes de usarlo para que no se pegue nada. Lo hice varias veces la primera vez previo a usarlo, aun asi se le pegaba todo. Lo limpio con bicarbonato cada que eso pasa y lo vuelvo a curar pero nunca funciona. Esta lindo pero comprare otro de marmol esta vez.

Die Pfanne wurde auseinandergebaut geliefert. Man muss lediglich den Griff anschrauben. Hier wurde an einer größeren Verpackung mit zu viel Hohlraum gespart, was ich positiv bewerte. Ein Crepes-Holz wurde mitgeliefert. Für die Montage des Griffes liegt ein Kreuzschlitz-Schraubendreher bei. Da muss ich nicht mal zum Nachbarn betteln gehen ;) Die Pfanne ist solide verarbeitet und fast schon zu groß für meinen Herd. Der Griff ist aus Kunststoff in Holzoptik, was mir zusagt. So läuft er nicht Gefahr Feuchtigkeit zu ziehen und zu modern. Heute habe ich sie zum erstem Mal ausprobiert und bin begeistert. Die Pfannkuchen gelangen auf Anhieb und wurden wunderbar braun, nicht zu dunkel. Sie ließen sich anstandslos auf der Ofanne bewegen und umdrehen, da klebte und riß nichts ein. Da ich gerne Tacos und Tortillas backe, freue ich nun darauf, die Pfanne dafür einzusetzen. Evtl. kaufe ich mir sogar noch die kleinere Ausführung fürs Ferienheim.
