I received this pan and attached the handle (they include a screwdriver with the handle--who does that?). I went to wash it and I stumbled and dropped the pan on my tile floor and the handle broke. I was so upset. I threw the handle (now in two pieces) into the trash and then thought about maybe gluing it back together. That wasn't going to work so I thought about just reordering the pan again. Then I thought, it only needs a handle. Maybe they would just sell me the handle, after all it was my fault, not theirs. So I e-mailed their customer service and they responded so quickly asking for pictures that I was able to rescue the pieces before my garbage was picked up and send them pictures as well as my name, address, and Order Number. They again responded quickly and said a replacement handle would be arriving in 7-10 days and I didn't have to do anything else. Lo and behold, the replacement handle arrived the next day!!! And, they replaced it for free. The pan is beautiful and I especially love that the sides are a bit higher. KUDOS--GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I was very impressed by this product. I bought the 9.5" pan. It arrived as promised and in excellent condition and very well packaged. I was excited to try the pan. I unpacked it, and read the directions, which were excellent. The first thing was to attach the handle and a wonderful impressive screwdriver was enclosed with the pan. It took about 1 minute to attach the handle. Next, I followed the instructions to wash and dry the pan. Then, I read that a little oil or butter should be used each use. I put a 1/2 teaspoon in the pan, heated it on low heat and proceeded to saute a bunch of veggies. They cooked quickly and evenly, and the clean up was quick. LOVE this pan and I am very impressed with the product and the inclusion of the needed screwdriver. What other company does that? and the pan is so reasonably priced. If I need to replace another one of my old pans, I will buy one from this company. I hope my love for it continues. It feels very comfortable to handle and the pan is not heavy or light. Just remember to use a little oil or butter in the cold pan and heat on medium heat and enjoy cooking.

I love cooking and I'm not going to lie, this is one of the best (if bot the best) pan I've used. It is not super heavy, comes with a screw in handle which you can detach for cleansing. The coating is amazing and honestly, nothing sticks unless you burn it. I cook eggs, pancakes, chicken and other stuff and don't even have to use oil or butter (but I do for flavor) since it gets cooked anyway. It's super easy to clean even if you have black burnt residue (just leave it soaking with hot water for a couple hours) and voilá. I can't stress enough how you should get this one and the pots as well. I hate doing dishes but this one is very easy to clean so now I love the 100% process of cooking and cleaning lol.

I’m so impressed with this SENSARTE nonstick skillet! Right out of the box, the quality was obvious—sturdy but not too heavy, and the wood-look handle is both stylish and stays cool while cooking. I’ve used it for eggs, pancakes, stir-fries—you name it—and absolutely nothing sticks! Clean-up is a breeze with just a quick wipe. I haven't cooked with it yet but it feels amazing. If you told me this was a $50 pan I would believe you 110%. It even comes a little nice screwdriver to screw one screw in a bit Overkill but okay. I might change this with you later if the cooking is bad or atrocious like it isn't non-stick or something. First impressions amazed me

I love this pan. Nothing sticks. It’s very good quality and good price. I highly recommend. I’ve used it constantly over the past few weeks and it’s still like new. I bought one a few months ago (a saucepan ) and decided to buy the skillet this time. I plan to replace some of my other pots with this type. Thanks for coming up with an easy non stick way of cooking that really works. I’m a seasoned cook. Now I need a new rice cooker. Wish I could find this technology applied to one of those.
