OMGoodness!! What a beauty this skillet pan is. Not too heavy to lift (although I appreciated the extra helper handle because this beauty does hold A LOT! Skillet dinner for four with no problem whatsoever. It is super non stick, fabulous cooking capacity, seems to cook evenly on my glass top stove. It hasn't scratched at all (I am using silicone utensils though). The cleaning of the inside is so easy however the outside has some grease streak residue from frying that I haven't figured out how to remove yet. I highly recommend this pan. I was wary of the lid and pan handles; didn't think I wanted a "wood grain look", but it really is so pretty.

Very nice size!!! and depth!!! I was using a 4-qt pot usually but this one has just a tad more volume and spread out flatter, cooks more evenly. Hasn't scratched at all after several uses. No oil, just a little cooking spray depending on what I'm using. Great value!! Solid construction.

I love this. You can fry, cook, make casserole in the pan. If you follow the heating instructions, the pan will last. I have had no issues of food sticking to it. The clean-up is a snap. I can’t speak to scratch resistance or warping today because I have not had the pan longer than 3 months. I do use rubber or wood utensils to protect the finish.

EXCELLENT cookware! Exactly as described. Food does not stick; cleanup is a breeze! Simply follow the instructions on heating the pan before you cook, and clean it manually - no dishwasher! Highly recommend, and in fact, just ordered the skillet!

Cook surface is GREAT. put in a teaspoon of vegetable oil and wiped it around with a paper towel. Pancakes and fried eggs slid out effortlessly leaving a very clean looking pan behind. But I'm not thrilled with the attaxhment for the handles. Each of the 2 handles is secured by one small bolt with a lockwasher which you attach yourself. Skeptical, but willing to be happily surprised by durability of the connection.

Very well made pan. The two handle design was a must for me. It makes it so much easier to move from stove to counter, etc. I love that there are no rivets on the inside of the pan. Best design ever. Clean up was a breeze. I’ll be looking to replace pans in the future with this brand and design.

Love this pan! The handle stays cool. It’s not that heavy. It’s got a wider area for cooking on the bottom then some of my other ones due with the same size pan. Easy to clean. Highly recommend it. Scratch resistant, but need to use utensils that are not metal.

I jokingly said that this would be the last frying pan I will probably ever have to buy. I am not getting any younger! I have to say, this is by far the best pan that I have ever used. It is heavy, but it heats everything evenly, browns things nicely. Great pan. I use it a lot and do not even want to use any other frying pan now. I am spoiled by this one!

Nice pan and the extra depth makes it great for making spaghetti sauce - the reason I bought it. The clear lid fits great and the whole pan isn’t overly heavy although it’s got some heft to it. I had issues with a different pan that claimed to be 'induction ready', but this one works perfectly with my induction stove. Non stick surface works perfectly and cleanup is very easy. I always clean it by hand with just a touch of dish soap and warm water. Even came with a screw driver, to attach the handles, which rivals some of my best tools. Very happy with my purchase.

Top quality ceramic non stick pan. Made of cast not stamped aluminum alloy. This makes a pan that conducts heat evenly through the bottom and up the sides and does not warp. The lid seals well and makes this a true sauté pan. Excellent for sauté, braising, stir frying etc. Pan excels at cooking raw potato hash browns, fries, wedges etc., fry potatoes till they brown then simply cover with the lid, reduce heat and let sit until potatoes soften and are cooked.

Amazing pan. Handle is well made and it even came with a real carbide tipped screwdriver to install it. Very good quality and works on induction cooktop as well as other cooktops. Sale price was a worthwhile buy. Very pleased.

So I've had many non stick pans over the years, but nothing like this one 12" with lid. I tried eggs ( as per instruction used a bit of oil). Slid around pan flipped easily, perfect. Next the wife made deconstructed cabbage rolls. Cooking the beef was so easy, nothing sticks to this pan. Clean up a breeze. She loves it as well. I 100% recommend this product. You will be happy you got it in sure. One thing with the handles. I saw a review that said the handles are loose and wobbled. I used red locktight on them, then snuggled both tight. The lock tight will prevent the screws ever coming out. It's cheap, blue would work as well. I suggest doing this. Frying potatoe pancakes was great as well. I have a carote pan. The cakes stuck to right before I got this pan. 100% better with the sensarte.

I love this pan - it is sturdy and cooks everything perfectly. It cleans up nicely and I have never had a problem with food sticking. The only issue (and it would not stop me from re-purchasing or recommending this pan) is that is very heavy.
