These are great! Bought them for my PP belly that won’t go away, to wear under a dress for a wedding. Smoothed out my bumps and is comfortable enough to wear daily to work. I’m 5’5, 140ish pounds, probably a size 8 these days.

While the material seems great, I got the size that I was and immediately had issues with it rolling down, no matter how hard I tried to pull it up correctly it kept rolling down to a massive bunch and it was incredibly uncomfortable

I gave it 3 stars because the general idea of the product is good, but for us shorties, not so helpful. I’m barely 5’1”, 158lbs and am 7mns PP. I unfortunately had 5 failed versions with my little one being breech, resulting in needing a Csection. Due to all that trauma to my tummy muscles, they are severely damaged and I now have Diastasis Recti and scar tissue creating quite the tummy bulge. I was in too much pain for several months to wear a binder, so now I gotta do what I can per what the physical therapist suggests. Sadly this item is meant for someone slightly taller than me. The area wear I need the most tummy control lands above it and the top trim is up in my boobs and just rolls down. I hope this review helps my fellow shorties! I already had 2 of these that I had gotten directly from Shapermint’s website. I LOVED those! So I saw these offered here on Amazon, and to the naked eye look like the exact same thing: same legit Brand name, same product name, same fabric description, etc. BUT when I received this from Amazon, the feel of the fabric and fit were NOT the same as my original Shapermints that I already had and had fallen in love with. These ones from Amazon fit much looser, and the fabric felt thinner and less “sturdy”/thick. Basically the quality and “hold” strength felt very sub-par what I was used to from my originals from the Shapermint site. Upon further inspection, I realized the Amazon Shapermint fabric material was actually 90% Polyamide & 10% Elastane. This is DIFFERENT from the ‘same’ products available direct from Shapermint. The ones direct from Shapermint are made of Nylon & Spandex = so I was correct in that the direct Shapermint ones were indeed a lot thicker and that material held tighter and felt a lot more of substantial quality. However, Amazon’s description of the fabric makeup listed theirs as indeed Nylon/Spandex - This was WRONG and misleading. The ones ordered from Amazon are really Polyamide/Elastane. Just beware. If you’re looking for a quality feel, and sturdier fit, order directly from Shapermint. I included pics here of what the one I received from Amazon: Polyamide/Elastane in reality, even though the description incorrectly states Nylon/Spandex. I much prefer the sturdier and higher quality Nylon/Spandex ones, so I returned the Polyamide/Elastane ones back to Amazon, and re-ordered the higher quality ones directly from Shapermint - received those and am much much happier!

The abdominal compression is great but there is no compression at all to the shorts or a non slip band around the legs to keep in place. After 30 minutes of wearing the shorts rode up and the waist band was all bunched up. The listing is for tummy control but still poor design. Very uncomfortable that I likely will not wear again.

These did exactly what I wanted; smoothed and kept things snug. Could I wear a bodycon dress with it? Probably not - there's no boning or anything that forces your figure into something it's not. But all the lumpiness was smoothed out and sucked in a bit. I was worried that being a boy short it might cut into my thighs and create a noticable 'cut' line but it did not! I wore them for about an hour at home doing normal chores and lite exercise and the waistband stayed where it was supposed to. Overall, extremely happy with this purchase - good value for the price! For reference, I'm 5'4" and 170lbs

I bought this shaper to go under a dress for a wedding. It didn't roll down, and was quite flattering and comfortable. I found the fabric to be pretty breathable so I didn't feel to hot. Sizing was accurate according to the chart

El producto me quedó grande y no ajusta muy bien en la cintura, como que queda aguada y no da buen soporte. En la parte de las piernas se sube y se enrolla. La guía de tallas no es la adecuada para cuerpos no tan parejos, por ejemplo, yo tengo mucho más cadera que pecho y la mayoría de las prendas me queda bien de la cadera pero aguadas del pecho. No hay como probarse las cosas antes de comprarlas.
