We have two toddlers who may have been tornadoes in a past life. I needed a better solution than locking all of our doors or dropping close to $50 to buy enough of the ones big box stores have. These are relatively cheap, so I wasn't expecting much. That said, these are great! For one, they actually stick to what I need them to without having to practically glue them down. I can't comment on residue left behind, but I'm not terribly concerned about it. They stretch as far as I've needed, including around corners. The lock itself (once I figured it out) is super easy to work with one hand and stumps our 3.5yo who has figured out every other method of baby proofing. I do wish the mechanism that locks the strap into place came undone, as I did misjudge it once, but it doesn't stop them from working. Hopefully I won't have to, but I'll buy them again if needed and recommend them if anyone asks.

Watched our 1yr old grandson try to open drawers and cabinets after installing the straps to no avail, kinda felt sorry for him. Added benefit, our older fridge top door freezer door opens on its own which is a problem with frozen food in the garage. We added a strap and solved that problem. Very good product for more than just stopping the kids.

In our home we have a very curious and mischievous 10 month old kitten who LOVES to open cabinets and doors to places she’s not allowed to go into especially when we are sleeping 😒. After one very early morning of her deciding to go on a kitten rager after opening our only bathroom cabinet and destroying whatever paper products we had I decided to look for some sort of kitten proofing. Based upon reviews I chose this product and I’m not disappointed! The adhesive is very strong and holds up to our loveable little hell raiser, very easy for humans to open as well. They are pretty idiot proof to install and very easy to remove with a hair dryer and a small tool to help with leverage (I used a butter knife to help me grip.) Fairly minimal damage to the paint as well (tiny little scuff) when removing. And now that she has learned how to break into our bedroom closet and scale up our clothing like a stealth little ninja to the top, these locks are EXTREMELY helpful in keeping her safe and help to restore our sanity. My only gripe is that once you set the lock it’s permanent, and can’t be re adjusted, but at how inexpensive these are they can be replaced fairly easily. Overall fantastic product! 9.5 out of 10!

Used these to prevent my cats getting into my kitchen cabinets. The adhesive isn't great on the painted surface, so I wouldn't recommend if you're preventing something/someone stronger than a cat lol. With some pressure they seem to stick pretty well, they'll only fallen off once (because I forgot to unlock it lol.) However, they are renter friendly and the range of adjustment is decent! Would recommend for kitty owners :)

These are great, just don’t be like me and not read the instructions haha. The sickness is great and holding up good. I’ve got these on just about everything that opens in my house. Great design, just don’t lock anything in till you’re sure where you’re gonna stick it!

I would purchase these again. They’re able to be opened using one hand but secure enough to keep my cats out of my dresser drawers. Make sure you get the correct length on the strap as it permanently locks once you choose the fit!

These actually work. My one year old broke another brand but these he can’t get off. I didn’t like that you can see them but he can’t get into the cabinets or anything with them so it’s worth it. Easy to put on too.

Omg this is a yes for us! Easy to apply anywhere, the color matches right in with my cabinets and the stickiness is strong. I noticed that the stickiness is coming off after a month or two but it’s keeping baby out.

I bought these to stop the cats from opening the sliding doors for the bathroom and laundry that don't have any locks. These work a treat, they haven't fallen off, they are unobtrusive on white paint, they're easy to open and lock, simple and flexible to install. I open and close them multiple times a day over the last six months and haven't had a single fault. For $10 I didn't expect to end up trusting these as much as I do now.
