This is an excellent product if you have any type of flying bugs in the house. I had fruit flies and it caught probably at least 50 per day if not more until I got rid of the plants with fruit flies were coming from. Well worth the money.

A very easy & passive way to catch small bugs! I got 1 to try as a reviewer. I came here & bought 2 more. IDC how it looks to visitors because I don't have any. It's MY house & I live here. It's not really an eyesore unless you inspect it, then u see the bugs on the sticky trap behind the light. It works tho! Not so much for drain flies but gnats & mosquitos are attracted to the light & get caught. I have 5 dogs & they go in & out. My house in clean but it's old. Drafty windows & doorways. I love these things. They'll probably be a household staple now.

I have an invasion of flies in my kitchen and this product has been plugged in non stop ever since I got it about a week ago. I counted 1(!) fly per 24 hr span. Seriously?! I caught more flies with a melted slurpy that I purposefully left out over night! Even went so far as to put a dirty takeout container right underneath this trap. - Nothing! It’s almost as if this thing repels flies rather than attracting them. To put the icing on the cake I found a moskito landing right on my leg. Want to guess where it didn’t land? Correct! Not on this trap or anywhere near it. I don’t know how this made it past product testing. If it worked, it would be decent looking, easy to use and convenient because the sticky mess is hidden behind the light; but it does NOT work. I truly believe that these few flies were just unlucky and coincidentally decided to be at the wrong spot. Not even close to what was advertised. As is, this really isn’t worth the money. I guess I’ll use it as my new sticky nightlight for the kitchen.

My neighbor recommended this product. Over the summer had gnats, flying insects & i used this product. It plugs into the wall. Insects catcher= like a little night light with a dual function. Great stickiness good size lures the insects into its sticky material. Then, they all go to insect heaven.

The product and idea are there. It’s a very good idea however the execution lacks drastically. It takes an extremely long time to catch one fly or gnat let alone a group of them. So expect to wait a while for the bugs to land after they have basically reproduced. It’s very easy to install. No fuss no mess. It’s also very very sticky even for my fingers.

Finally a some help against carpet beetles! I used to thrift alot and did not always wash my purchases immediately. As a consequence, I've been fighting a long losing battle against carpet beetles for years. They're notoriously hard to get rid of similar to bed bugs other than burning all your stuff. Zevo commercials have been airing non stop, and I was happy to find this STEM brand version for alot less with their manufacturer coupon at multiple retailers. I have these set up in multiple rooms and I'm torn whether I'm more excited or disgusted by how many of these little pests I found stuck even from day one. Pictured is after 2 weeks and I guess carpet beetles are like roaches - if you see 1 there's hundreds more you don't see. Only in the spring/summer I would find maybe 1 bug every couple weeks by a window or a light, but had no idea this many were chilling and having orgies in my house. I know this won't stop the problem completely, but it seems to be doing a great job so far. I guess results will really be apparent next spring if numbers are less. Weird note, they seem to prefer the side against the wall vs the side that the light is on. FYI Amazon has several generic refill options for around $1/pc.

These stem light traps are the best flying insect catchers you can buy. For indoor use only, outside they would fill up instantly. We use them in the house hallways, kitchen, garage and out in the shop as well. Best of all, they work just fine with the low cost generic sticky refills.

First and last time I believe commercials. Paid 60+ Canadian just for the product to be useless. If I wanted a blue nightlight I would’ve bought one for much cheaper. I have this plugged in above my garbage compost since the fruit flies are there the most. It’s been a week and not one fly has been caught in the sticky trap. I’ve turned off all lights to see if I’ll make a difference, NOPE. Save your money.

Could be a bit more sticky, it doesn't catch all that land on it .. only some

I had this plugged in for a week before the first fly was stuck. Results very disappointing. Wouldn’t purchase again

Seems to work ok. I also have yellow sticky strips that work almost better but this looks nicer
