Great, unflavored ramen noodles. I use these with my own homemade broth. It’s useful to have them packed as individual servings… when I make noodles for 2-3 people I cook each noodle portion in a separate pot so it’s easy to get them into each bowl evenly. I boil the noodles, drain, add them to the serving bowl, then add broth, vegetables, and other toppings. The noodles cook in about 4 minutes and have a good texture. It’s a great way to make vegetarian ramen at home! For a quick and compact meal at work or in a hotel I use 1 pack of noodles + one envelope of Kikkoman instant miso soup + boiling water, then let it stand for 10 min and then eat.

Pros: - Low calorie serving size - Packaged conveniently - Simple - easy to mix with Cons: - Can fall apart easily - Requires careful preparation - Bland but not bad I think this is a great product for snack size servings. Each noodle is packaged in a 150 calorie plastic baggie. I pop one into a rice cooker with one cup of water and let it cook. In my picture I have two servings mixed with other food and it’s still good. This is a perfect product for recipes where you can add your own ingredients

I like these since they're healthier than regular ramen noodles. A little expensive for what you get, each block seems smaller than regular ramen, but you can always mix in whatever you want. I bought a nice microwave cup to cook it in, and it's easy to make.

Really enjoy the quality, and with one of the round filtering raman bowls it's so easy to make. I only ever use half of the seasoning packet at most but enjoy the texture from the fixings packet. Sometimes I just use the noodles and add in some diced ham and a creamy dressing to have a delicious single bowl dish that's pretty filling.

Pleasant surprise in how actually tasty they turned out. Drop one into a bowl, ladle hot soup over it and simply wait a few minutes. If you're in winter mode and making a lot of soups, you will not only appreciate the convenience, but the taste. (and use them up quicker than expected)

These are great! I wish I had known about these sooner. I like to add my own flavors, especially chili miso oil and some bouillon flavoring. Add some veggies and an egg or meat... So good! The noodles taste fresh and have the perfect chewy texture and flavor. The serving size per package of noodles is satisfying. So delicious and healthier than other ramen noodles. I will be buying these often! Very good product!

Just tried these and I'm quite impressed. They have the same texture as the instant ramen but a less starchy taste. I took the seasoning from the instant and used it with these. It worked perfectly for a slightly healthier ramen (made less healthy because of my seasoning. oops!)
