This filament is better than regular PLA as it can be printed at lower temps. I am able to print at 300mm/s without issue and it's very consistent from roll to roll. The colors on these 3 packs are great. I have the purple, yellow, and pink set as well as this and they're all great palettes. The price is also fantastic for the quality you get.

This filament I got on a sale for cheap and it was so worth it. The bed adhesion is great. I had no clogging issues. The material quality was great. And it was easy to use.

Update: I wanted to come back and update this review. Based on what I have learned in the last few days of searching for print settings for this product, I have updated my review to 5 stars. The reason is simple. When I purchased this product I thought I was buying standard PLA. This purchase is a slightly different type of PLA though. I ended up finding some other people who were printing this product with slower print speeds and a hot end temperature of around 200 degrees Celsius. These simple changes transformed my prints with the Sunlu PLA Meta product drastically. I am not sure what the specific differences are in the filament but I encourage anyone buying this product to do your research and find the settings that will work for you and the printer you use. Original review: I bought these rolls of filament because the pricing was good for 3kg. I have had to throw away about 80% of the prints I have made with this filament. The machine I have is a Bambu Labs P1S. Other brands of filament have done very well without changing any settings on the machine but this stuff is junk. Adhesion is terrible. Even adhesion between simple layers was bad resulting in projects that split apart. The moment I switch brands of filament and re-print the failed project, I get good adhesion and well laid layers across the whole project. Not sure what is going on but it isn't good. I would not recommend buying this filament even at the lower price per 3kg.

Sunlu Meta PLA is an excellent filament for use with high speed printers such as the Bambu A1, A1 mini, or QIDI coreXY printers when combined with a 0.2mm nozzle AND high detail printing profiles such as those from Fat Dragon Games. Probably other high speed CoreXY / Voron style machines with a 0.2mm nozzle as well. It prints decently on my old heavily modded E3V2 with linear rails and a Micro Swiss linear rail print head and 0.2mm nozzle, but not as well as it does on my A1 Mini. It's OK on my Ratrig VMinion, but that printer does not function well with a 0.2 mm nozzle so it's only been tested with a 0.4 mm nozzle. You CAN print HO scale figures, small track side structures or details, and 28 to 32 mm miniatures with near resin quality with this filament and the right profiles. After testing this out with a single roll of Meta, I've ordered three more rolls just to keep on hand. If you try using it on your run of the mill bed slinger as a general purpose filament you will likely be disappointed by the stringing and print quality. I've also seen this with other makers high speed formulations, it's not unique to Sunlu. So - GREAT filament for my needs, COSPLAY folks probably won't find this filament very useful. Even if you can print fast, using standard 0.4 mm (or larger) nozzles will not get the best from this filament. At least my printers do better using Hatchbox or Polymaker PLA+ than with this particular filament when fitted with 0.4 or larger nozzles, but to be fair I've never spent much time trying to perfect a printing profile for Meta with a larger nozzle.

Sunlu filament in general is my go to, it prints very clean, no visible lines, and flows great, I mainly use the PLA META which has a lower hot end temp, but I usually run it at normal PLA temps 220/60, and it works perfectly, it does have a shine to it, so if you want it to be less use fizzy skin, or just rough it up with a scouring pad, very strong, out of all of the brands I've used this by far is the best, and the only filament and resin brand I'll ever buy

Dopo tante marche provate posso affermarlo: posto che il PLA sia "delicatino" per le stampe da destinarsi agli esterni (per quella destinazione uso il PETG), come PLA non ha rivali. il PLA convenzionale non lo considero proprio, non lo uso da anni, francamente è porcheria per me. Il PLA Plus... poco meglio del precedente, robetta assolutamente insufficiente in termini di robustezza. Il PLA con fibra di Carbonio (sempre SUNLU, ma ne ho usati tanti nel corso del tempo) è un poco più robusto del PLA PLUS, ma è troppo rigido, tende a spezzarsi con estrema facilità. Questo... è un altro universo proprio. L'unico che teoricamente potresti paragonare è il PLA Carbon della SUNLU, ma questo è enormemente più robusto: neanche un vago paragone, inoltre è pure flessibile, quindi: oltre a essere più robusto sotto ogni punto di vista (a parità di spessori e riempimento) è anche flessibile, al punto che per certi versi in alcune realizzazioni arrivi quasi a considerarlo paragonabile all'ASA. Ci ho fatto un supporto angolato per reggere un flex (mentre è in funzione) da 2 cavalli... e sono anni che lo sto usando. Per danneggiarlo serve la mazzetta da muratore faticando (riempimento al 70%). Finitura liscia, eccezionale, esteticamente spettacolare e temperature basse di stampa. Stampa fluida, omogenea e facilissima.

...then again, my Ender 3 Pro is about 4 years old. I print pretty slow at 50mm/s, too. It printed the finest of details (see pic with the piranaz clip...just perfect!) with ease. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone that knows how to use a 3D printer! For this great price, I will definitely buy this again (when I need more Sky Blue). OH! I got "Sky Blue", so I guess the color is almost random when comparing it to other reviews. I'm happy because the Sky Blue is MORE like what I actually wanted. :) Lucky me!
