Most traps like this are crap and don't (or barely) work. This works. The ones that don't work look very blue and aren't actually using UV. This looks dimmer than those but there's a reason. Half the light it's putting out is actually UV. It'll look purple rather than blue and about half as visibly dim as a blue one. In the same space I had a right blue competitor that barely attracted anything, I plugged this model in and overnight had about twenty little new occupants on it. In a week three times that number. After thst less... but because I'd killed everything inside (and I didn't get more till the next major weather change when my windows were open again and the flies smaller than the screen weave got in). Buy a few, for different rooms. It's compatible with some decent quality glue cards if you find their price on replacement cards too steep.

These actually work. I tried apple cider vinegar and a bowl to trap the Flies but the problem with that method is they keep breeding on the edge of the bowl and then just make more fleas and flies the same goes for even if you cover up the bowl and put holes in a plastic over the bowl they are still breathing somewhere like the edge or something. So the best method has been just kill them on contact such as with these or glue stick. Eventually when one flea goes to the sticky pad other please begin to follow suit and get stuck, yay! I also tried the other little liquid trap contractments that are like shaped like a apple and have little holes in it, will those don't work either because the same problem happens the little fleas keep breathing on the edge or somewhere around the little contrapment thing and then you end up with multiplied fleas but even you get a lot of fleas in the container but that's because they keep breathing a whole bunch. So, just go ahead and buy this it works just keep it plugged in all the time.

We unfortunately tend to battle fruit flies in the summertime when we have fruit ripening on the counter. My husband suggested that I plug in our safer home bug light earlier in the year. I thought it wouldn't hurt anything to do so. We leave our door open in the warmer weather with just the screen. All of the tiny noseeums always get in. At night when it is dark they all gravitate toward the light. I had previously tried every thing possible to eliminate and a trap these gnats. This product did the trick! I didn't notice all of these guys but they all went toward the light!

Works great so far already catching fruit flies! Love the blue light on it, makes the kitchen blue at night and bugs go toward the back so you don’t have to see them sitting there. Comes with an extra stick card. Might need the lights off in the house for the bugs to be attracted though.

It's just yesterday that I received it and plugged it in but I'm quite impressed so far! Easy to put together (just peel the protective paper off of the glue card, slip the card into its slot, and plug the unit into an electrical socket). I turned off the lights in that room overnight, but being in a city there's always some ambient light getting in. However, first thing this morning I checked how it had done. LOTS of little fruit flies caught already, plus even a housefly too. I have a house-pet, so I didn't want any kind of poisonous nor a product my pet would mess with. I think that this will turn out to be a satisfactory product for me and my home, and it's quite inexpensive.

I bought this because I kept seeing it all over tiktok and WOW was i impressed at first I was hesitant the first week not much was trapped but two weeks in it was covered in fruit flies, regular flies, even caught a couple ants it's super sturdy and doesn't make any noise. The only thing heavy is the plug the cardboard with glue on it is super light and flexible. It's very effective and a pro is that you don't need batteries just leave it plugged in.

So when I first purchased this fly trap it was five stars. If you look at the pictures I provided one looks blue the other looks more violet or purple. The original trap I bought was the blue one and it catches flies by the Dozen. The newer one is a different color and I guess the Flies are not as attracted to it and it barely catches anything. So originally I would tell everybody yes this works great buy it but now I'm not so sure. If someone from this company is reading this you should probably change it back to blue because it worked so much better. In the pictures the fly trap on the left is the blue one fly trap on the right is the newer one. I placed these traps at the same time and I have swapped them just to make sure that one spot is better than the other. It has to do with the light. If I could I would return these one purple ones but it's too late.

Works really well! There is only one sticky side. This is how much was caught after about a week. Definitely have noticed less bugs around the house than before, but still a few fruit fruits that it hasn't enticed yet. I imagine I'll need to replace the cartridge about every 2-3 weeks or so in the summer.

Works at trapping the small flies from the indoor plants. Looks pretty good and has a blue glow when plugged in to attract the bugs. I like the look better than the yellow sticky strips that I previously have used .

Within 3 weeks of operation, this device has not caught one single solitary insect. In the meantime, a single sheet of "TRAP A PEST" pantry moth trap (https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B087YC886R?ref=ppx_pop_dt_b_product_details&th=1) installed about 3 feet away, caught easily 3 dozen pantry moths during the same time period. Insects apparently can't stand this device and stay as far away from it as possible.
