Purchased a Samsung Galaxy S23 from this seller that turned out to be a complete lemon. Contacted the seller within the 90 day return time frame and described the issues I was experiencing. I was provided some troubleshooting solutions that did not work. The phone crashes randomly, shuts down a few times a day, loses it's signal, drops calls, etc. I was sold a damaged and defective product that has never worked properly and wasted my money. I am left with a useless device and no recourse. Lesson learned.

They aren't honest about phone's condition. This phone was supposedly "Good" condition but this thing has been through the ringer. Expect a dingy phone from the New York underclass with a gas station charger and cable- then you aren't in for a surprise anymore.

Great seller! Received phone promptly, 1 day earlier than expected. Phone looked brand new, no flaws of any kind. My Samsung s8 had outlived it's functionality - battery wasn't holding a charge, device was no longer compatible with app updates, minimal media storage - and since I take thousands of photos, I wanted a newer phone with an impressive camera. After reading reviews that said the s24's camera was the same as the s23, I opted to save money. The s23 is amazing and a perfect upgrade for me with everything I wanted. I was also able to transfer everything (including thousands of photos and videos) with all screen layouts, apps, etc., looking the same and in the same places as before. Basically I can't tell I've changed phones, except for the long-held charge, upgraded apps, tons of storage, fantastic camera, plus some great new perks and tips. I'm just sorry I didn't upgrade sooner. The seller is highly reviewed for renewed phones and deservedly so.

Maybe this has more to do with the phone itself, but I’ve noticed it tends to heat up a lot during WhatsApp calls, especially when using mobile data. Other than that, everything is perfect. No problems at all!

Compared with the S10 it replaces, this Samsung S23 has much better cameras, speakers, battery life and processing speed, and it supports 5g. I'm extremely happy with this purchase. Should be good for several years of teliabke service. Such a great quality phone, an incredible value for the price.

The phone itself has some minor cosmetic imperfections, which are to be expected, but after one day of using it now the audio has major issues cutting in and out, sounding muffled and fuzzy at random. Extremely disappointed.
