For those who are wondering, yes, this packing tape is the refill for the blue and white "Sure Start" dispenser. It's a bit larger of a roll than what comes with the dispenser, but it fits just fine. (I'm guessing the dispenser came with a sample roll, which is why the refill pack is bigger.) You get a pack of two rolls, so it's a great deal. It's very easy to use. Just pop your dispenser open, pull off the old roll of tape, and slide the new one onto the spindle. Pull the end of the tape through the dispenser's front gap, then close it up. Now you can start taping boxes! The tape seems to be good quality. It's perfect for securing boxes for moving, or for shipping items to customers. Whatever you need to seal a box for, it works. My only complaint is with the dispenser itself, but that isn't relevant here. I'll give this refill pack five stars and recommend it for anyone who needs to seal a box for shipping or moving. It's great tape!

Don't try to save money by buying less expensive brands. Not even the well-known other brand(s). The only tape that is always high quality is Scotch. I would know - I have been using tape for 60+ years!

This packing tape is more about the dispenser than the actual tape… I can’t always find this refill in stores so I was glad to find it on Amazon. It fits the dispenser that you hold in your hand and roll along the package, and it makes it so much easier to use! it came in a pack of two, and quite honestly I think it’s overpriced but it’s what I needed to fit that dispenser!

Did you know you can very easily use this tape to "laminate" different ID cards, health insurance cards, car registrations, insurance cards and so many more uses? No wonder I go through these 25 yard rolls of Scotch Clear Packaging Tape. I love this tape only second to DUCT TAPE! There, I said it and I'm "sticking" to it. The shopping I constantly do for the best price and value for everything I buy, most of which is with Amazon.com, this is an excellent value all the way around. No comparison to Wal-mart or any of the office supply stores. The specific package is highly recommended for home and home office use, not to mention all of the other uses that come up for the excellent product. I can only give if 5 Starts because they won't let me give 6.

I really like this item but it seems overpriced and based on the availability, I'd guess that they're no longer making this particular size. That's too bad because I like the dispenser (not included).
