Worked great on the weeds! N made the lawn definitely look healthier. Just make sure u wet lawn first n keep it on for 24 hrs before rain or watering it in. It rained after I put it down in my backyard n didn’t work as well as when I did front. Front looks great! Would def buy next yr😊

This is the second year I have used this product. Both years have been the best my yard has ever looked. I don't know about you, but I hate dragging that spreader across the lawn and then have to worry if it's going to get rained on. This product eliminates 2 applications. Crabgrass preventer, Weed treatment, and lawn fertilizer, all in one bag. The only thing I have to treat in the summer are grubs. That's it for the year!!

I was surprised how well it greened up the lawns. Not so good for killing weeds though.

Alright, folks, buckle up, because your lawn’s about to get a makeover worthy of a high-end spa day...and I’m not talking about the kind where you sit in a bathrobe while someone massages your ego. This is for your grass. Yeah, you heard me right. If your lawn’s looking like it hasn’t seen sunshine since the ’80s, it’s time to give it a dose of Scotts Turf Builder Triple Action. This magical bag of wonder promises to do it all: kill weeds, prevent new ones from coming back like bad exes, and fertilize your lawn like it’s on a mission to become the next green celebrity in the neighborhood. It’s like your lawn’s personal trainer, but instead of burpees, it’s slaying dandelions and crabgrass like a pro. Now, I know what you’re thinking: “Does it really work?” Oh, it works. You’ll see those weeds cower in fear, retreating faster than a cat when you try to give it a bath. Your lawn will look like the Instagram version of itself, green, lush, and possibly even trending on TikTok. PROS: • Triple threat: kills weeds, prevents new ones, and fertilizes like it’s auditioning for The Bachelor. • Covers 4,000 sq. ft. of your lawn—basically, it’ll make your neighbors wonder what kind of wizardry you’re using. • Easy to apply—no special skills required, just sprinkle it and let it work its magic. • You won’t need to go full Sherlock Holmes on your lawn to see the results. Within weeks, you’ll be doing a happy dance in your backyard (I mean, you probably already are, but this is going to make it better). CONS: • If you have a weed problem that’s basically a garden full of exotic plants, this might not be a one-size-fits-all solution. • It can’t actually help you with the existential dread you feel when you look at your lawn, but it’ll sure make it look better while you work through that. In conclusion, if you want a lawn that’s not only beautiful but also as aggressive against weeds as a caffeinated squirrel on a mission, then Scotts Turf Builder Triple Action I is the product you never knew you needed. Your yard will look like it’s ready to host a garden party, and you’ll be sipping iced tea while everyone asks you what your secret is.

Didnt work. Must be a bad batch or something because the one i bought last year was great. The one i used this year didnt kill any weeds at all. Wasted 90$ on this one. Spread it about 3 weeks ago and still waiting for the magic to happen. Will update if it does but so far nothing..

At least It was not all clumped up in the bag the last two times that I ordered the smaller size this year. No need to pound out the clumps so that it wouldn't clog or jam in my spreader. Easy to spread, but it only really fertilized the lawn. The "Weed" fighting ingredients are not as effective as they were in previous years when the products were bagged and labeled as just "Weed and Feed" in the yellow bag and "Crabgrass Preventer" in the blue bag. I still have clover in the lawn and the older products always got rid of that before. There are also several other weeds remaining in the lawn. It did prevent the emergence and spread of dandelions. This stuff is also a lot more expensive than it was just three years ago when I could get the small bags for a townhouse end unit sized lawn. Those smaller bags ran between $18 to $23 a bag, now they are in the $33 dollar plus range and I think that the bags are even slightly smaller then they once were. I ordered a second bag of this "Triple Action" a few weeks after applying one bag, hoping to get rid of the remaining weeds from the first application. Two weeks after applying that second bag, clover and several other types of weeds are still in the lawn. It did give the lawn a deep, dark green color, but lots of weeds remain.
