After my last cleaner leaked all over my floor, I did a lot of research to determine which device/machine could best handle the pet cleanup needs of our home, given we have an old dog who has taken to using our rug for a pee pad for the first time in his life. No sooner did the box arrive on the porch, when my old dog peed right in front of me on the rug. I immediately unboxed this cleaner, and found it incredibly intuitive. All parts are labeled with directions, and I was able to put it to task within minutes. I was able to address the mess and get the rug clean right away. It trapped pet hair as it indicated it could. It was super easy to clean and put away. It is small enough that I can store it in a cubby near the rug. Definitely worth the money spent!!!!

Based off the reviews and hype surrounding the bissell little green (pet pro version) I ordered it hoping to clean a water-stained Facebook marketplace couch and stair runners that were dirty/stained when we moved into our place. After cleaning half the couch though I realized how much I disliked the bissell and ordered this instead. This machine fixes several of my complaints with the bissell and it managed to get every stain out (which the bissell did not). Pros to this over the bissell: 1. It has much better attachments, including a wider head and scrub brush that makes cleaning large areas much more manageable. 2. The brush heads come apart for easy cleaning (bissell does not) 3. Brush heads include a rubber scrub side and a bristle side for different cleaning needs (rubber worked better on our couch, bristle worked great for the floors and getting stains out) 4. Cleaning solution smells better, works better, and full size bottles were included 5. Spray actually goes where you think it will unlike the bissell where it was predominantly on my floors rather than the couch 6. Easy to set up and maneuver due to small size 7. Much lighter to pick up and transport Cons/ways bissell was better (or equal): 1. The shark has a much smaller water tank due to its compact size so I had to refill it several times throughout the cleaning process whereas the bissell did not require frequent filling 2. The bissell had a slightly better suction and required less force to be used to get water back up (I still felt I got plenty up with the shark however just noticed it’s not as powerful) 3. Both have very small hoses and you have to pick up /move the machine regularly to reach what you’re trying to clean which can be a pain For the price, I am very happy with this purchase and definitely would recommend it if in search of a portable upholstery/carpet cleaner!

I bought this to clean up a pet mess on a rug. This rug pictured was at my back door where the dogs go out and come in. I knew it was dirty, but not this much (pictured). Once I cleaned up the mess with the Shark, it was such a huge difference, that I’ll need to clean the whole thing, and continue on to clean all the rugs in my house. I had completely forgot that this rug was silver in color. At first, I thought I was missing attachments. There is a crevice tool and a reversible brush (one side is a stiff bristle and the other side is a scrubber with rubber nubs) that isn’t in the box. But when I removed the smaller attachment, I realized that the crevice tool is inside! And the brushes are already attached, just snap them off and the other type of brush is on the other side. Tip for best suction - don’t use the wide attachment. I know it covers more ground, but the smaller one has waaay more. Making it more efficient in the long run. It was powerful enough to lift the corner of a thick, stiff rug. I’ve used other machine in the past, but none with this much power. It’s a little big, but I like the large capacity for both cleaner and dirty water. I can go a lot further in cleaning session. I recommend the set that includes the full size cleaners. Trust me, you’ll need them. But even the large size, I was surprised at how light it was. It’s not heavy at all. It’s easy to use. Quick start-up. I can use hot water. I’ve only had it a week, so I can’t say anything about longevity. But it seems well built.

This little machine is great. The little green machine has gotten a lot of hype but honestly, that brand is not my favorite. Shark however has been a constant for me in my household. It is great value for the money. I have a regular sized shampooer, but this machine is so portable that I use it more and am happy to! The sprayer is great and the cleaning products in comes with smell great and are effective. Cleaning it after use is super easy too - so it makes it easy to use. I had to get a separate brush to Bruch out my upholstery after I spray with the cleaner - but It works great! I would consider getting this as a house-warming gift. 4 stars only b/c the attached brush is not that effective and I had to buy a separate one. But suction, cleaner and ease of cleaning get 5 stars all day

The Shark Stainstriker is exactly what I was looking for and works so well! It is smaller than I thought it would be, but it makes it that much more portable to move around quickly. It has a good length of cord, so you don’t have to be right against the wall. It was very easy to assemble, and I was using it within minutes of opening the box. It does come with two sample sized bottles of the deep clean pro and oxy multiplier. I have taken pictures of those in comparison to the regular sized bottles that I got as backup for when I run out of the first ones. The oxy multiplier is not a concentrate- so you will pour the whole bottle into its tank. It cleans stains within seconds ! Just spray the mixture on and see it start to lift before you even extract it. The handle itself is nice because you add the attachments over the base crevice tool. It doesn’t get hot while using, and I moved from spot to spot to clean. I managed to get a lot of cleaning done in a short time. Very happy with this purchase!

I started using it to clean the sofa and the suction stopped working 5 mins in. I don’t know how to fix it or return it now, it’s money wasted. And they’re sending it to uae with a USA plug, that should be mentioned or sell it only in the us.

Llevaba un rato buscando algo asi especialmente para el coche y por fin me anime, la verdad es que funciona excelente, es super portable y es facil de limpiar, absorbe con honores pero creo que la parte de la limpieza es subjetiva ya que depende de cada quien como quiera tratar sus manchas, habra algunas mas dificiles que si sabes como tratarlas este aparato las va a absorber rapidisimo, si no haces nada y esperas que la mancha se vaya solo por pasara esta herramienta, probablemente no lo haga y te sientas decepcionado.
