I recently purchased the Shark Robot Vacuum & Mop Combo PowerDetect NeverTouch Pro, and it has exceeded my expectations. Setting up the vacuum was incredibly easy. I only looked at the manual once, and everything was very intuitive. The packaging was excellent, with the unit securely packed inside retail packaging and an additional outer box for protection. The build quality is great, just as solid as my previous Shark vacuum, but with a lot more advanced technology. I really like the modern white design compared to the usual black. It looks sleek and fits well in my home. The base station is larger than older models because it houses clean and dirty water tanks, making the self-cleaning and self-refilling features possible. It even comes with an air freshener, so when it empties the vacuum bin, it doesn’t leave behind any unpleasant odors. I have only hardwood floors, and it does an excellent job vacuuming and mopping them. The mop function works better than I expected, and I’ve noticed the PowerDetect feature adjusting to provide extra mopping in areas that need it. I haven’t seen any missed spots or areas where it struggles. The NeverTouch Pro navigation is impressive, easily avoiding obstacles. One standout feature is that it can raise itself up to go over certain obstacles, making it even more effective. The mapping system is very reliable, and the app allows me to split, merge, and name rooms easily. Setting cleaning schedules and no-go zones in the app was very simple. The self-emptying feature is fantastic. I rarely have to dump the dustbin, and it also refills itself with mop water, so I don’t have to worry about maintaining it constantly. I refill the water tank more often than I empty the debris bin, but neither one requires frequent attention. The self-cleaning pad wash and dry system works great, and it’s customizable through the app. The vacuum is very quiet except when it empties itself, which is expected. It stays fully charged at all times and is always ready for the next cleaning session. This Shark Robot Vacuum & Mop Combo is well worth the price. I haven’t encountered any issues, and I would absolutely buy it again or even gift it to someone. If you're looking for a reliable, hands-free vacuum and mop combo that truly self-maintains, this is an excellent choice. I would definitely recommend it.

This is a pretty good vacuum. It does a very good job sucking up all the dirt that I don't see with naked eyes. The good points about the vacuum: 1) It doesn't get stuck in nooks and crannies of the furniture. It crosses thresholds effortlessly with its ability to lift itself up. 2) It detects carpet pretty well and knows not to mop the carpet areas 3) The no vacuum bag design is great and I don't have to waste money on vacuum bags. 4) Mopping mode works pretty good. 5) Hair does not get tangled in the the rollers. Here are the minor annoyances that I don'l like: 1) The mop pad drying is pretty useless. Mop pad is still wet after the drying fan spun for 12 hours. There is no way to turn off the drying completely. I have to set the drying for a minimum of 2 hours and hear the fan whirls. After that, I put in a dry mop. 2) You can't make it clean the areas under a sofa even after I have moved the sofa away and mark the sofa area for spot clean. 3) The app is a little clunky. Wish that it shows in real time the areas that the vacuum has cleaned. Overall, I am pretty happy with the vacuum.

I've used floor robots for about 5 years. In the last few months I've tested three brands with mop combos. Mapping & Avoidance: 4 stars. It knows where my rooms are very well, but can sometimes not register fabrics and avoid them. It can be a little aggressive like moving cat bowls, but the upside it cleans everywhere. Time: 4 stars. it can clean my entire first floor in a day (about 1000sqft of cleanable space), but does need to charge halfway through. App: 2 stars. Every time I want to look at the app, it MUST load the map and that takes about 5-10secs even if I'm not trying to so anything with the map. There aren't any indicators of when parts should be cleaned or replaced but maybe there are notifications? I really liked that from iRobot. Haven't had any other issues and the actions are responsive. Mopping: 5 stars - Floor feels so clean! It's scrubbing power is better than others. I have the floor mopped 3 times a week and the estimate of 60 day refill is probably only if you're mopping once a week. I like that the mop scrubs back and forth AND the robot spins around to get the angles. Most robots have spinning brushes and that's only one way friction. Vacuum: 4 stars - Powerful for deep carpets and it doesn't avoid them. It lifts its butt in the air and it's kinda cute. However, it is not good for hair. The front wheel easily clogs in a week and I have to detangle the brush often.

Incredible how this little robot works. We named her Rosie after the maid in the Jetsons cartoon. Smart & efficient. She does require a little bit of training for the unitarian setup. Mapping your Floorplan takes some effort. But when it is set, you will enjoy beautiful, clean and shiny floors. It knows not to mop in carpeted areas and will clean room specific areas when instructed to do so. Makes Roombas look mentally challenged. I can say that because we own two of those. They do an ok job but do not compare. The Shark is pricey but worth every penny. My wife is overjoyed with our new maid! And therefore, my life is better too because she is happy and I walk on immaculate floors.

Funciona perfecto. La app no esta liberada para México un poco decepcionante el no poder usarla a distancia.

Es muy bonita la presentacion y verdaderamente ayuda con ese tiempo del que no dispongo para hacer el aseo, naturalmente quedan ciertas partes sucias que el robot no puede alcanzar, pero en termino generales deja limpio el espacio. Pros: El Autovaciado ya que, simplemente lo prendo y hace lo suyo y se vacia en su contenedor, limpiada decentemente, notifica cuando tiene un problema (en la App), repuestos faciles de encontrar en amazon Contras: Sus filtros no son reutilizables asi que tendras que comprarle en algun momento, yo llevo 2 meses sin cambiarlo, pero si tendre que hacerlo, al no tener LIDAR o AI pues choca con los objetos y entiendo hay gente que eso le molesta, ademas en la App (la cual hay que bajar de ApkPure o similares) no viene este modelo en especifico y ademas no se puede mandar a determinadas zonas del mapa. Por el precio me parece un buen producto, pero ya conociendo todas las consideraciones, quizas investigaria comprar un modelo diferente al que puede indicarle ciertas zonas principalmente
