This mop is amazing and worth spending the money! Steams on its own, cleans on its own. All you have to do is fill it with water only, plug it in, select your desired cleaning mode, and start moving it around to clean. It’s effortless! Since using this, my floors are extremely clean and I feel so good knowing it’s also sanitizing while cleaning. Cord is also very long, which is nice. Highly recommend getting extra pads, which are easy to clean, just pop in washer and let air dry. Shark products are the best!

I have a big Newfoundland dog, all tile floors and I use this frequently to really clean and sanitize the floors. Very easy to use, moves easily across the floors and it does a good job on drool. 😀 I bought extra cleaning pads, to wash and rotate through. You need to dry mop up the fur and dirt but it does clean the tile very well. It’s pretty quiet too.

Let me start off with I really love this mop. It cleaned great and the floor dries fast which I really like. The only issue is i have a large home with tile throughout and the tank is very small. I had to fill up like 5/6 times to finish the whole house. I bought extra pads also. I like that they are washable.

My older model died a natural death due to structural failure of plastic component. Alas, had to find a similar Sharkie to satisfy. This performs beautifully & as promised. I always mop first with whatever weapon I lay my hands on first, then follow with this.

When I ordered this steam cleaner, I hadn't noticed it was refurbished, it was missing the cup for refilling the water tank but since I have had steam cleaners in the past, I had a couple of these cups, and they all seem to use the same cup. This steam cleaner does a better job of cleaning the floor than the Bissel steam cleaner I had been using up until now. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Don’t do it. The idea is good but it doesn’t function. Turned on, steam came on, chose mode. No spin for scrub. Had to choose mode about every two seconds. If it worked properly it would be great

I’m a senior citizen and I want floors that look freshly scrubbed but there’s no way I can get down and scrub floors anymore. I was surprised at how easy this is to use and what a great job it does on our laminate floors and tile. I have pet parrots so chemical cleaners are a no-no in our house. With this cleaner, steam does the work and it works great! Our floors were super clean with no scrubbing. The cleaner is lightweight, easy to maneuver and very efficient. I’m very pleased!

Does work but if you have a large area to clean plan on filling it up a few times doesn't scrub the best but does steam well.
