I bought this with mix feeling, I purchased many type machine, But never had luck with steamer, some machine were so heavy, some machine were too complicate never the less price were so high cost and broken so often,, I got tired even I look for another one, Meantime I really need one d so I look and look. And I found this machine, I place order with mix feeling. When I received box I was wonder about my purchase because box was very light weight. At first I carefully save the box, just incase of return. there were body and few parts, Is it all? With a feeling of distrust are continue yet. I plug in and as picture I pull the handle up and down and after about five to six time pound, start team down rag area, and I start clean, I use one rag for bathroom. other one for kitchen. Ok let me explain what I like about this machine 1, cheap or cheaper compare to most another, 2,very simple to use Compare to any other machine I have used my pass 3, no such a accessories or Parts to put or change every time I use 4, After use, throw the rag into boiling water bucket with bleach and soap, soak a while, hand wash, throw into dryer.. This machine was very best purchase of 6 machine in past 6~7 years. What I like the most is very simple. Because in the pass I use to buy with such parts and accessories with option for more cost which hardly never used. By the way I am thinking buying one more for kitchen only.divide it properly. separate from bathroom. After I bought, I found about 10% cheaper from local super market online. So before I place my order I might talk to Amazon about it. maybe they will meet plice,,,,

I ordered this model during s lightning sale, so it was at a discount. I have only used the machine twice, so I cannot review its durability yet. It is very lightweight and maneuvers similarly to my dust mop. The steam is ready very quickly and it reaches a a good temperature. I live on a working farm with a husband, three teens, and two indoor cats so my floors see a lot of traffic. Following sweeping, using this steam mop required minimal effort to have clean and streak free floors. The cord length is accurate in the description. Be sure to take note of it if you have large areas to cover, as you will need to switch electrical outlets several times or use an extension cord. At this time the only negative I have, which is just a general convenience feature, is that there is not an on/off switch. If it’s plugged in it’s on and you turn it off by unplugging. This means if you need to pause to move throw rugs or furniture the machine must stay on or you have to unplug from the outlet. It definitely isn’t a deal breaker, particularly if you catch this model on sale, but would be a design improvement.

I have never owned or used a steam mop before I purchased this one. I have, however, used just about any and every other kind of mop and other floor cleaning device out there, and I have to say, I prefer this to any other product or device I've ever used to clean my tile and laminate wood flooring. Previously, I was using a swiffer wet jet, which worked fine, but I was going through a ton of the spray cleaner that comes with it every time I cleaned the floors. I have 2 small dogs, and it recently occurred to me that I had no idea what the swiffer solution was made out of and whether or not it was safe for my dogs. This got me thinking about looking for a natural cleaning solution, which ultimately led me to the shark steam mop. (It uses only water to clean your floors; zero chemicals or other unknown substances.) I really didn't know what to expect when I received this thing, but it was insanely easy to put together, fill up, and get to cleaning. You literally just snap it together, fill up the water reservoir, pump the handle a few times, and you're ready to get mopping. I was able to clean my entire 1100 square foot house (all tile and laminate wood floors) without having to refill the water reservoir, and I have to say, this thing cleaned my floors as well, if not better than the swiffer wet jet and any other product I have tried. If your looking for a natural alternative to chemical floor cleaning products, I would highly recommend the shark steam mop!

Update: I realized something simple that's critical for using this device! The cord can't be wrapped up in the back at all when operating the steamer because it impedes the push mechanism of the stick! Love using it. My place doesn't even need a full tank to clean anymore. Drinking water is valuable for me since I have to carry each jug to my city apt but I'll share some with this Shark mop! For years now, I've been at a loss for my linoleum kitchen and bathroom floors. These types easily collect dust and dirt because there are little uneven cracks to the surface. You know what I'm talking about if you own one. Even a deep scrub doesn't successfully tackle these well. I've tried everything from powered double head mops to powered scrubbers to baking soda pastes to try to grit away the dirt...at this point I'd like to mention I have a cat. Finally, the other day I came across a blog post who suggested using ammonia + iron + towel with pictures to show that it works. I thought I hit jackpot. Someone suggested they use Windex because it contains ammonia and I was like 😲🤯!!!! And then a lot of people were like: well, my shark does this too. So I purchased one and after one use, this product is one of my top ten spends ever. Like, how can anyone not buy and use such a lightweight, affordable, agile, pretty little steamer like this one? I can see after just one use vs years of wear that my floors are going to be whiter and sanitary. It's truly a joy to use.

Es magnífica, limpia toda la mugre con el plus que desinfecta el vitropiso. Uno debe tener en cuenta que no es para mugre de años, es para usarla diariamente. El tanque lleno me rinde para la primera planta de mi casa (7x15 m2), y se mete hasta el fondo debajo de los muebles sin problemas. Lo único que no me agrada es que no hay otro forma de apagarla a menos que se desenchufe, estaría genial que tuviera un interruptor y que se pudiera regular la cantidad de vapor sin estar bombeando todo el tiempo, aunque se hace de manera automática como si uno trapeara. Los pads si recogen todo, yo los lavo a mano con detergente líquido y los cuelgo al sol, quedan listos para el siguiente día de limpieza.

Cumple con lo que promete, es fácil de preparar y de usar. El único inconveniente que le veo es que las mopas que vienen incluidas se ensucian demasiado rápido. Después de una usada hay que meterla a la lavadora. Como no se usa limpiador de pisos se ahorra dinero en estos y al no usar agua directamente sobre el piso este seca bastante más rápido que con una mopa tradicional. Como recomendación, si quieres que tu casa siga teniendo el aroma de recién trapeado, vierte unas gotas de aceite aromático al tanque de agua, de 5-7 gotas serán suficientes.
