I have four cats, and keeping my floors clean is a constant challenge. After trying various cleaning tools, I finally decided to invest in the Shark Steam & Scrub S8201 — and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. This steam mop has transformed my cleaning routine. The rotating pads make it effortless to remove dirt and grime from my hardwood and tile floors. The three steam modes - Light, Normal, and Deep allow me to adjust the cleaning intensity based on the mess at hand. The Deep mode, in particular, has been a lifesaver for tackling stubborn stains. One feature I absolutely love is the Steam Blaster. With just a touch of a button, it releases a powerful burst of steam, helping to lift even the most stubborn spots without the need for harsh chemicals. It's been especially useful in areas where my cats tend to track in dirt. The LED headlights are another thoughtful addition. They illuminate hidden debris, ensuring that no spot is overlooked during cleaning. Plus, the mop is lightweight and glides smoothly, making the entire process quick and efficient. Another bonus is the machine washable pads. After each use, I simply toss them in the wash, and they're ready for the next round of cleaning. One note: The price of the product dropped after I purchased it - I was just slightly outside the return window. While I was a little disappointed by that, I want to stress that the Shark Steam & Scrub S8201 is still worth every penny. Yesterday, I cleaned all the floors in my 4,600-square-foot house, and for the first time ever, I felt like there was absolutely nothing left on them. No dust, no dirt, no dog hair—just truly clean floors. One of the best things about the Shark 3-in-1 Steam Mop Vac is that it cuts my cleaning time in half. Before, I had to vacuum first, then mop with a bucket of water—constantly changing out dirty water after every room just to avoid spreading grime. This machine eliminates that whole process. It vacuums and mops at the same time with steam, so I’m not just pushing around dirty water—I’m actually sanitizing. Another big plus: all you need is water. It produces a lot of steam and effortlessly cuts through dirt, dust, and pet hair. The vacuum works well, and there’s no need for chemicals. That said, you do have to clean it after every use, which includes emptying the water and dirt reservoirs and cleaning the mop roller. But I don’t mind—some pricier models claim to be self-cleaning, but based on reviews, people still end up taking them apart manually to prevent odors. I’d rather just do a quick rinse myself. One limitation: it’s not designed to handle large amounts of liquid. I dropped a cup of coffee yesterday and tried mopping it up, but the liquid reservoir is pretty small. This isn’t a dealbreaker for me—I see this as a sanitizing and dirt-removal machine, not a spill soaker. If you wipe up most of a mess first, the steam mop finishes the job perfectly. I also want to mention something that’s always frustrated me—vacuuming first, then mopping, only to see leftover dirt get smeared around. No matter how well I vacuumed, I never felt like my floors were truly clean. But with this machine, they finally are. After using it yesterday, I immediately called my mom and multiple friends and told them they need this in their homes. It’s that good. I’m absolutely thrilled with this purchase!

This is a self-powered,lighted, swivel headed, corded, steam mop and vacuum all in one. Yes, you sweep and clean with no chemicals--just pour in water and bingo, you have steam. The dry time is next to nothing. Wonderful and quick to clean. With it being corded, you don't lose power as your battery declines in need of getting re-charged. 4 stars as the steam fogs up the viewing section for the dirt collection and wish it was wider to clean a bigger path. Not an issue as it makes up for the clean floor.

Additionally, the scrubbing action of the mop is gentle yet effective, effortlessly tackling dirt and leaving my floors not just clean, but impressively spotless. However, I did find the water tank a bit on the smaller side. For my 1500 sq ft home, I need to refill it at least once during the cleaning process to cover the entire area, which can be a slight inconvenience. Despite this, the floors dry quickly and feel incredibly fresh and dry to the touch after cleaning. In summary, while the tank size could be larger, the overall performance of the Shark Steam & Scrub All-in-One makes it a worthy tool for anyone seeking a powerful, easy-to-use solution for keeping their floors pristine. Highly recommended for its efficient cleaning capabilities, even if it means a refill during the process.

Be aware that although this product is advertized on Amazon.ae and was listed as an EID special, this product is not suitable for the UAE as it requires 120V/60hz and is not compatible with power sources in UAE. In all fairness ,this was listed in the description and I did not scroll down to review all the specs before purchasing. The 1 star review is not a reflection of the performance but rather as a notice to shoppers to mindful before adding to cart.

I received this steam mop today and I opened it as soon as I got. But to my surprise , the plug was for North America . This was very disappointing but fortunately I have adapter so started the steam mop and I’m happy with my purchase as it made the tiles sparkling . The water tank is little small but I don’t mind refilling it. It has a long cord but cordless option would have been better. Cons: Need adapter to use in KSA Corded Small water tank Overall, this machine is easy to use, light weight and makes the floor sparkly clean. I don’t have hard wood floor , tiles only.
