I’ve been on the hunt for a robot vacuum that can keep up with my busy life and messy house, and the Shark UR2360S Ultra Robot Vacuum has absolutely blown me away! From the moment I set it up, I could tell this little machine meant business. It’s packed with features that make it a standout—like Matrix Clean, precision mapping, and that glorious 30-day capacity self-emptying base. Honestly, it’s like having a tiny, tireless cleaning assistant that doesn’t complain about pet hair or crumbs. First off, the setup was a breeze. I downloaded the Shark app, connected it to my Wi-Fi, and within minutes, this thing was zipping around my house, mapping every nook and cranny with its LIDAR-powered precision. The map it created was spot-on—my open-plan living area, tricky corners, and even the cluttered spots under furniture were all accounted for. I love that I can schedule cleanings or send it to specific rooms right from my phone. It’s like giving it a mission, and it executes it flawlessly. The cleaning power? Impressive. I’ve got a dog that sheds like it’s her full-time job, and the self-cleaning brushroll on this vacuum handles it like a champ. Pet hair, dust, and even the occasional cereal spill (thanks, kids) get sucked up without a hitch. The Matrix Clean feature is a game-changer—it goes over areas in a grid pattern, ensuring nothing gets missed. I’ve noticed my floors looking consistently cleaner than they ever did with my old manual vacuum. The self-emptying base is the real MVP here. With a HEPA filter and a 30-day capacity, I barely have to think about maintenance. It’s loud for a few seconds when it empties, sure, but that’s a small price to pay for not having to deal with a dusty bin every day. Plus, knowing it’s trapping allergens makes me feel better about the air quality in my home. It’s not perfect—sometimes it struggles with really deep carpet or tiny debris right up against walls, and I’ve had to rescue it from a rogue sock or two—but those are minor gripes. The battery life is solid, usually lasting about an hour before it heads back to recharge, and it picks up right where it left off. For the price, especially if you snag it renewed like I did, it’s an incredible value. Pros: Amazing mapping, awesome pet hair pickup, and the self-emptying feature is a dream. Cons: Could use a bit more oomph.

So far so good it’s been over a month of use in the house hold. Does a Great job collecting cat hair and tiny shreds of paper that have fallen as a result off art projects. It’s cool that it you can name your unit we named ours “ Clean Latifa” The unit will map your home and all areas… go out and do its cleaning schedule and return to home base and empty itself! Pretty cool!

The prospect of getting so many great features at such a low price was very enticing. Unfortunately, this vac isn't worth a cent. Not only does it not clean well and seems to get hung up on everything, after only about 8 uses it stopped working altogether, throwing Error Code 4 and stating, "My brush roll is stuck. Please remove debris..." I clean the brush roll before every use -- because the anti-hair wrap feature doesn't work either. I've attached a photo showing the condition the brush roll was in at the time the vac was telling me I need to remove debris from it. There was NO debris to remove. I tried to reset the vac 4x, but it kept throwing the same code and would not function at all. As I said...too good to be true. This is the 2nd Shark vac I've had to return. I guess it's time to try another brand.

I absolutely love this robot vac. its the first one i've ever owned and its helped me with my ADHD and Autism greatly. i have issues with overwhelm and motivation for cleaning my apartment and for whatever reason i'm more willing to make sure my little robot buddy has an optimal working environment to clean in than for me to make sure my place is everyday tidy for other people's sake. every day i use it and i'm surprised by what it is able to adapt to. i will adjust this to 5/5 stars if shark considers the idea of an Advanced users / beta branch of the software/firmware for users that want to know more about the internal state of the robot's routine and what it sees and the adaptive behaviors and routines that it is implementing in certain situations. i'm utterly fascinated by this lil dude. i love him. he is my son.
