Has very good suction easy to clean works well the only problem I had was when I first got it it was missing the HEPA filter on the bottom sent a picture to the seller within 3 to 4 days he got back and within a week I had one and he sent a whole new set thank you would recommend. First picture is a picture of the part he sent me that was that filter missing and then one of the vacuum itself (it came with a missing HEPA filter which is the fourth one in that picture)

When I started researching vacuums, it was tough to believe that any vacuum could truly live up to a claim of solving the issue of long hair wrapping around the roller. This one actually does. Beyond that, I love how easy it is to remove the canister and use the hose so I can vacuum our car very quickly and easily. This function is quite powerful as well. Some of my friends and family members have been buying shark vacuums for years. This was my first one. I would buy this again for the convenience power and performance of the product. Actually, I might need to since one of my dogs decided the hose was a toy. The hose is built so tough though that even though the dog who did this is a lab and has a pretty strong jaw, there hasn't been any adverse impact on suction so far, which is pretty amazing.

Arrived broken in multiple ways, with a filter that had been dirty and appears to have been blown out to try to clean it. First off, the main metal hose was dented, I was willing to look past that, but then I saw a bad patch job on the bottom next to the soft brush roll. I probably would have been fine with that, but the noticed THE HOLE IN THE SIDE of the vacuum!!! Will be returned

I wanted to find this older model since someone had recommended the duo clean to me. It came in thoughtfully and professionally packaged and in a normal shipping time. The accessories arrived in brand new condition. And the vacuum was clean inside. My first use was very easy and could immediately see the cleaning power. Great price point.

Very easy to manipulate around furniture. I like the light in front…makes it easy to see what’s being sucked up..lol. I wouldn’t call it lightweight but it’s not bad. Suction power is good, especially on hard floors.

I have purchased Shark swivel vacuum cleaners for years. They have great, adjustable suction, reliable, lightweight, versatile with quick switch to use handheld hose and back to floor. Very easy to move across floor and carpet, the swivel head is great. I recommend emptying the dust collection tank like I do after every use to ensure long life. Rinse out the filters a couple of times a year.

Shark is such an underrated brand. This replaced a new-ish, similarly-priced Hoover and the difference is night and day. Lift-away feature is great. (Ours is a refurbished model, but it looks completely brand new.)

Heap filter was black with dirt! Foam filter looks clean but 20 years old (white filter is orange!). And it has more wear and tear than my wife and I expected. Probably used for months with the number of rubs. This should have been in a garage sale.

This vacuum is pretty good. It is good on carpet and has good suction. I rated it down because it does not have a hard floor attachment which seems to be a trend with most vacuum brands these days. Using the big power head on floors is fine I guess as long as you have no furniture. It is also awkward in small spaces. I have a floor attachment from an old vacuum and I MacGyvered it to work. Have to tape it on. The hose is also very stiff. Yes it stretches but it snaps back right away or makes the vacuum fall over.
