Order now ! Amazing vacuum! The price may be high but it’s worth every penny ! Better than a Dyson ! I’ve used those expensive Dyson vacuums and they are nice but absolutely nothing compared to this shark ! Easy to push and pull , has a hard floor , a fury carpet and a normal carpet setting , the cord is a good length, overall the best vacuum I’ve used ! No hair gets tangled, functions very well !

If you have pets and kids in and out this is the vacuum you need! Easy to set up. Nice size and sturdy! Functions simply without a lot of extra fluff! The attachments are nice and if you have stairs, they work perfectly to get the job done! It has strong suction and cleaning power! I had no idea how much dog hair, dust and dirt were on my carpeted stairs! Nice long cord too! I was able to do my staircase from one outlet. I recommend spending a little extra on this vs some of the other cheaper household vacs. You won’t regret it at all!

This vacuum is the best I have ever had. The different types of floor settings, ease of push/pull, great suction power, easy to clean, pick up speed, portability, and attachments are all great design features. With four fur friends, this vacuum takes care of the pet hair! The value has already paid for itself. Love this cleaning tool!!

My honest review of this version. FYI: I LOVE vacuuming and have a few. CONS: (Compared to the older version): 1.) *The power pet tool handheld brush tool does NOT work well. It is not motorized like the older discontinued version. It is powered by the suction, but once it has resistance, it stops rotating... The older version is powerful and truly motorized. Thank god I kept it! You should be able to purchase it online and it should work bc mine does. Having a motorized version makes all the difference. 2.) The cord is 25ft. (same as older version) but for some reason, I am not able to reach the same spots in rooms like I could before....more stopping/starting to change outlets. Might have to get a tape measurer out ... 3.) The design feels slightly cheaper... more plastic parts. 4.) The older version came with more tools that they have since discontinued.. but I think you can still purchase on here. 5.) The vacuum is light... so when using the hose or lift-away, the unit topples over...so that can be annoying. 6.) First use = some slight burning smell.. but I think its "new machine" smell. Will come back and edit this after some time. I am thinking I will keep my older model and just replace the hose (that did crack near the base) ... Pros: I am an odd person and LOVE vacuuming. I vacuum daily. I have used my older model daily for about 9 years.. 1.) The BRUSH HEAD and powerful suction! I have both a Dyson cordless and this Shark. I was happy to find this model bc the newer Sharks are terrible w the plastic "fins"... esp if you have carpet. 2.) The lights are amazing and even have lights when you use the attachments. 3.) The brush head stops when you use the attachments 4.) The brush head stops when you use the pull out canister 5.) The lift away ... awesome! 6.) The propulsion.. When the brush head is on... you hardly have to push the vacuum. It becomes so easy and light to vacuum. IMO Fun.. 7.) It maneuvers easily... but does not lay flat, but you can use the "liftaway" and it then can go under furniture easily. 8.) I can keep going but I am biased. I think I should be a vacuum blogger... I know eventually I will have to invest in a Miele but I despise the canister versions. ... We shall see.... anyway-- back to this one... if you never had the older version, I feel bad for you, but this version is def. a win esp if you get it on sale. I just wish the made the cord longer, brought back a REAL motorized attachment and other tools. for Reference, it's 7.22.24 and I just unpacked it and ran it through my place and it worked as expected but does feel a little "cheaper" compared to it's older version. We shall see how it fairs in my new home which is 3 floors of newer carpet.... I might replace the cord with a longer version... A corded vacuum will always outperform a cordless and it did suck up a lot of cat hair and dirt that was left over from my Dyson vacuuming done yesterday. So that's always enjoyable to see. I will def keep it. .... So now I have 3 vacuums... I esp. love the washable filters, it helps to extend the life of them, but they are easy to replace. I am someone who takes apart (within reason) the parts of the vacuum and cleans it, and its easy to do to prolong the life of the machine. lmk if you want any questions answered as I LOVE VACUUMING... Thanks for reading

I already have an earlier model (or, at least, very similar) of this vacuum that I've been using the past few years and love, but needed to get another vacuum so I had one upstairs and one downstairs so I didn't have to lug them up and down stairs. This one ALMOST makes my older one seem wimpy in comparison. I swear, when you put it into carpet mode, it takes off without you if you aren't holding on tight enough. Terrific suction, and gets up pet hair with ease. One of the features I like with this model is not having to change the hose attachment to a different port whenever you want to use one of the attachments - ie. vacuuming off the couch, clearing cobwebs from ceiling, etc. I also love being able to attach the wand to the base portion so you can vacuum under beds and cabinets easily. The controls on the handle are well placed and easy to use quickly so you can switch between hardwood floor mode to carpet without breaking your stride. The canister is easy to remove and empty. The vaccum is solidly built but not terribly heavy, yet not so light that it tips easily. Best of all it was reasonably priced.

I waited until I used the vacuum for a couple of months before posting a review to see how the shark would hold up. I had a Dyson for 10 years and it finally broke - did my research to find an affordable strong vacuum that I could replace it with. I thought the Dyson was the best out there but WOW I was wrong, I wish I had this Shark to begin with! Super easy to assemble, it's not heavy and the cannister empties from both sides, the top half will catch large objects like Lego etc. which makes it so easy to clean out and recover accidentally sucked-up large items from! The self-powered head caught me off guard and it came right out to of my hand & went zoom lol! The vacuum itself is lightweight and easy to handle, especially if you're using the lift away feature Very impressed with the suction power - simply and thoughtfully engineered I love everything about it. Picks up pet hair you didn't know was even there (if this vacuum can handle husky floof it can handle anything lol) and it picks up my very long human hair easily too. The head is easy to take apart and clean (I have to do it every 4-5th time I vacuum which is gross but it shows how good this is picking hair up) My carpets look so good now and I am really happy with my purchase, I'm still shocked how much dust bunnies and dirt get into the carpet, especially after thinking my Dyson was getting it all The wand and main head have lights which is awesome I can see what I'm doing vacuuming in corners and see the dirt and crumbs and dust bunnies on my hardwood :) Only cons: I have many stairs in my house and it can be a little awkward managing the cannister + hose + cord but I'm getting used to it, wishing the cord was another 3-4 feet longer. My carpets are about 20 years old so the brush head bounces around in some high traffic areas where the carpet is matted down - I just slow vacuum and try not to go against the carpet 'grain' too much... Not the Shark's fault I should probably get my carpets cleaned or replaced ;)

I looked a long time for a new vacuum. Everyone talks about the Dyson brand, but I read mixed reports of them; some models are better than others, and all are pretty pricey. I ended up buying this Shark because of all the reviews I found on-line, and yet this unit is much cheaper. I read reviews from many sources because I don't trust just reading a few... they can be faked. This machine has powerful vacuum suction, it gets all the cat hair. It's very versatile with lots of attachments and configurations. It's easy to empty and I don't need bags anymore! I can say that the wand is a little heavy and my hand tires after a while. In fact, the unit itself, is a little heavy. When I have it in upright mode, it wants to run by itself and is a little hard to control. However, I found that it's easier to carry the canister in one hand and direct the wand and beater with the other. I've had it only a coupla months... we'll see if it lasts.
