I was skeptical at first because usually what can go wrong with a product is the experience I always have. Not this time, I followed the directions the mattress blew up almost instantly but not to full capacity. I went out and came back about 5 hours later and it was doubled in size, felt very firm to the touch I was so excited. I still waited a full 48 hours before using to ensure it had expanded to full capacity. Prior to use I woke up every morning with intense back aches. After the first night the next morning I woke with no back aches and enjoyed a full night sleep. I highly recommend this product and trust me I am hard to please. Great product, great price, easy set up. I just hope the mattress has sustainability.

This product surpassed all my expectations is so comfortable. My daughter loves it. It’s not too soft, but it’s not too firm, Is the perfect combination. I recommend this mattress 100%.

My husband and I decided to upgrade from our queen to a king bed as a christmas gift to ourselves. We ordered both the new frame and the mattress from amazon, and we saw that this one received good ratings. My husband regularly complained about our previous mattress and I tended to agree, that it was way too soft. It was a pillow top and it had become quite lumpy after nearly a decade of use. So fastforward-- we have been utilizing this bed now for about 3 weeks. He initially loved it and i absolutely hated it. It was way too hard for my tastes and he thought it was just perfect. I was getting maybe 2-3 hours a sleep, I felt like I was sleeping on a rock. I thought maybe it was the mattress, maybe because it was my first time sleeping on a platform style bed, we always had box springs, etc. Finally i snapped and begged to get a topper. We finally agreed on one from another nameless store...nothing too thick. I think it's maybe about 1.5". Well truly, this has made a BIG difference and even my husband said he thinks its a bit better too. Where am I going with this? We should have definitely went a little more middle ground with our mattress instead of totally firm. And that is our fault. BUT otherwise, if you need to, get a light topper for it, and you will be golden, because otherwise, this mattress has been great. It was easy to unbox, it puffed up, and we were able to put it right on to the new frame, it fit perfectly. We have several sets of sheets, and they all fit nicely on it. All in all, despite the fact that we did have to get a topper for the mattress, that is our fault, and truly, we have always had some sort of pad or thin topper on all of our mattresses to keep them clean/safe/etc, so Im sure at some point, I would have got one anyway. This is a very good mattress for the price!

Very nice for the money, but firmer than I expected, although it’s still very comfortable. I bought it for a guest room and added a topper because it wasn’t quite as thick as I wanted. So far however my guests love it and get a good nights sleep!

We ordered the twin 8 inch mattress for our child, and it has been great for them. They say it is extremely comfortable, and I find it comfortable as well when putting them to bed at night. I was pleasantly surprised that it offered enough support for 2 people with combined weight of 250lbs despite being only 8 inches and costing so little. I guess that just shows how nice the quality is! I definitely think it's a great value given how affordable it is. There was no stinky off-gassing period when we opened it, and it was ready to use in just a few hours (3-5, according the instructions) so my little one was able to sleep on it the same day it arrived, not having to wait a full 24 hours like some other mattresses. It's been so great that we are planning to order another Siena for our guest room! Definitely recommend.

I don't normally leave reviews on anything. But when it comes to deciding a mattress, it's a long term investment. Your sleep is dependent on whether or not you like the mattress. And it's a large investment too, opting to get a higher quality one, and one that's long term, means you'll spend a lot of money. I spent a lot of time researching and deciding what I was going to get. I read tons of reviews and articles to decide what I was going to get. A Wirecutter article sent me here. And this was what I landed on. It's amazing, and perfect for side sleepers. My partner and I are able to get in and out without sinking into the middle. It's firm enough that I don't sink into it, but soft enough that I am comfortable when sleeping on my side. After unboxing, I followed the instructions and gave it a day to unfold. It didn't have a nasty smell, which was one of my primary concerns. I HATE that chemical smell that gets into your sheets and clothes and sticks in the whole room forever. I am writing this review 3 months later, and I still love the mattress. I'm a very light sleeper, and super picky with my pillows and my mattress. If you're a side sleeper, or light a slightly firmer mattress but one with some give to it, I highly recommend this one!

We ordered two different mattresses. The first was the Queen Gel Memory Foam Medium mattress. It smelled like mildew and was slightly moist. As directed, I kept it for three weeks and aired it out but it never stopped stinking. Then I ordered the Queen Hybrid Firm Mattress and it has been a dream. I love that it doesn't smell at all, its firm, but has a really nice squishy top. Amazon would not let me leave these reviews separately so I had to write it together.

This mattress is so soft, I purchased the 8”inch for my son and we both love it this one is so much better then the one I purchased for myself , I’m thinking about switching mines out for this brand very much worth it !
