It fits in small spaces which I love. The lid closes quietly which is so great and it doesn't slam or make any noise. I bought 2 of them to go in my separate bathrooms. It is small, so the trash capacity isn't much, but I take out my trash once a week so it doesn't seem to be a problem for me.

This is my second purchase for a second bathroom. We are restoring an old farmhouse and every space requires pieces that are a bit smaller than the oversized furniture of today's world. While it is surprisingly small out of the box, it actually fits quite perfectly in our narrow bidet closet. I like the silent close and open and we will take care not to stamp on the lever to toss tissue, floss or q-tips as that honestly may damage it. Mostly, I am happy that it's an elegant solution to our five year old rescue pup who suddenly decided she liked browsing our restroom waste baskets. My husband mentioned it takes a few tries to use just the tip of his shoe or toe to open since the lever is small. I took away one star as the lever and the bronze trim around the top are not the same metal and do not match on either of our purchases. Otherwise, I highly recommend and am happy with my purchase.

Click to play video The colour is nice and it’s not cheap looking. The lid is slow closing but if you push too hard with your foot when you open it, the lid stays open and won’t close. It has a slot on the top of the lid to put filters in so you don’t get odours. It’s very compact and will fit in tight spaces.
