I installed it in place and it works perfectly, the company where it was refurbished left an user and some shortcuts, but I was allow to reverse to the factory settings without problems. the controller (just one) can be charged but its not the original PS4 controller. No complains for the product.

The PS4 arrived as described and on time. It worked perfectly and looked new. If I was going to buy any new electronics it would be with them.

Absolutely awful!!!! Doesn't work... I set up everything and started uploading games, as soon as i tried to play them a blue screen pops up... database is corrupted and basically I can't do a damn thing.. this product or the seller got the best of me.. its so bad that Amazon gave me a refund, not needing me to ship this ps4 back to them.. I'll never buy again from Amazon. And I've been a customer for years.

Everything works fine, have all the things you need to play in the second you have it. I like the color. It takes a little to delivery, but it was for the whether. Everything is save so it can come perfectly fine 🙂

Bought this ps4 for my son for Christmas. Showed up on time and was packed very well. Works as it should, but my only problem is it didn't come with the black controller that was pictured, it came with a gold color controller. Would have given five stars if it weren't for the color of the controller.

It came basically brand new and started up like a brand new one should. Love this thing. I’m 33 and haven’t had a consol in awhile but this seriously made me so happy.

Have owned PS, PS2, PS3 and PS4. I still have the 3 to play games compatible with the 1. I have had the 4 for several years but finally it started having some issues and I thought it was time for a new game so bought another 4. I play mostly golf and CALL OF DUTY. I cannot get online anymore so just play offline as usual though I don't get any updates. I have owned most of the game systems including XBOX, INTELLIVISION, NINTENDO and ATARI going back to about 1980. PLAYSTATION is still the best.
