Came when it was supposed to! This was a refurbished purchase however this console is in EXCELLENT condition! The Ps5 look brand new as if it came right out of the original box! I already had games from my ps4 which crashed for some odd reason. I’m so glad I invested in a refurbished console really affordable. I wish I would have waited for Black Friday though I could have gotten it way more cheaper. Hence I bought this a week before Black Friday started ! No regrets though! A win is a win!

I have purchased refurbished before without any issues, but I had a terrible experience after purchasing this PS5. The package was missing a charging cable for the controller and the stand for the PS5 itself. It was sent with a random black controller. Both the PS5 and the controller were absolutely filthy. I had to give it a good clean before using it. After it was turned on for the first time, I noticed that it wasn't factory reset as the profile of the previous owner was still on it. And after resetting it and going through general set up process, I was unable to play any type of game without the PS5 crashing and giving an error message. Whether the game was originally for PS4 (which in that case it DEFINITELY shouldn't crash) or for PS5, it would eventually crash. I tried multiple different games with the same result. I went through all the troubleshooting by myself and with PS support until they eventually told me there was nothing else they could do. There is no way that this met any of the Amazon standards for a refurbished product. Definitely do NOT recommend purchasing a refurbished PS5 with this seller. 0/5 stars. Already started the return process.

I bought this for my boyfriend, trying to save a little bit of money (brand new ps5’s are expensive). I was worried about issues that may come up based on the reviews I had read but went for it anyway!! I was comforted by some of the reviews saying the customer support team was quick to assist. It came in the mail 4 days early! Graphics quality is fantastic, we had no problems getting it connected to WiFi or getting his PlayStation account to connect!! He is a VERY happy customer! And I am extremely grateful that everything works the way it needs to!!

Ordered a PS five slim from this I would say company but that’s given him more credit than what they deserve. Will go with individual anyway instead of receiving a PS five slim refurbished. I received a PS five that after five minutes of being on it overheats and shuts itself down. It also does not play PS4 games, digital version And regrettably in my haste I did not retain the original box it came in, so I am stuck with what I did not order. Good luck to the rest of you other people wanting to find a cheaper deal. I suggest just buying straight out new from Walmart.

So I got this PS5 for my kids for christmas. The system works good the controller works fine, my issue is the stand was not included i thought it would be and I did not get a ps5 box (expected) the system it salf has a cover on the black gloss part in the front. The biggest kicker is Sony dose refurbished items i paid 449 + shipping for something that didn't come with a stand and no box but if I went to Sony refurbished items I would get the same thing with no issue and a box and stand for 399.
