I had really dry eyes, especially at the end of the day. They would burn and I couldn’t read or watch TV. I saw multiple ophthalmologists who just wanted to put me on eyedrops. Of course the eye drops never worked! I even had surgery on one eye to put in a new tear deck. That only worked for a few months. I finally went to a functional medicine Doctor Who told me to take two fish oil a day. That was four years ago, and I’ve never had a problem since with burning eyes!

I've never had any issues with this brand and will continue ordering. I use this brand for other supplements as well. My only caveat with this listing specifically (as of April 2025) is the ordering/listing process. On my most recent purchase, I accidentally ordered "minis" (625mg) rather than the regular 1250mg ones. I chose based on the count options displayed, not realizing the different counts (i.e. 90 count, 180 count, etc.) were for entirely different products. Some of the options are different strengths, some are different fish, some are different countries! Just pay attention when you're ordering. I didn't dock a star for this since it was my own fault, but I don't feel their various fish oils should be listed in this confusing way. (I rated 4 stars because this seems like a solid product. Not many items get 5 stars from me. LOL)

I purchased Sports Research Triple Strength Omega 3 Fish Oil because it is highly concentrated with 690 MG of EPA per capsule and because it is IFOS certified assuring it's quality. The fish oil comes from wild Alaskan Pollack. I take fish oil daily as a preventative for heart and brain health, to reduce inflammation in my joints, and to moisturize/lubricate my skin. I've notice when I don't take fish oil on a daily basis my skin becomes very dry and flakes off particularly on my legs. I take two capsules per day. I also take two capsules per day of Viva Naturals Triple Strength Omega 3 Fish Oil for similar reasons (i.e. IFOS rated, highly concentrated EPA at 750 MG per capsule) which is sourced from anchovies, sardines, and mackerel. I therefore take 4 capsules per day in two varieties to give me a broad spectrum of preventative protection. I take fish oil with my multivitamin supplement to aid in the absorption of the supplement's oil soluble vitamins.

I have been on Wellbutrin xl 300mg for 10 months now. I ordered this because yeah it’s improved my mood a little, but I need more. It’s depleted my energy, made my head foggy, and has caused me to have terrible car sickness. Today was my first day taking the omega 3 and we went on a 45 minute car ride and I sat in the back (which is usually awful for me). The whole time, I was playing with my daughter, looking out the window, looked at my phone for directions and I didn’t get nauseous, at all… that’s insane lol. That made me incredibly happy. I am really looking forward to seeing if this will help with my mood and energy too. I’ve got a good feeling with this though

Arrived quickly and I felt the difference within a few days. I'm not sure if it's a benefit fish oil claims, but since taking this I've had apatite and cravings go way down, which is great since I'm trying to lose weight. Might be something else I'm doing, but i def first noticed it after starting to take this daily. The pills are not too big, easy to swallow, and have no odor. Also no fishy burps or upset stomach. I will be a repeat customer for sure, highly recommend.

I'm not going to repeat what many people have already reviewed about the product especially since it's an exact duplicate of the product details. How interesting and original. Best part, people are clicking the Helpful Button which tells me that they either don't read the Product Details before buying a product or they simply need to hear it from two different sources which is again telling you the exact same thing. Basically, I've tried the gel and liquid formula. The Fish Burps were more prominent with the Fish Oil because again, your drinking a liquid. These gels don't have that aftertaste which is good. I take this with a glass of water and it's fine. The capsules are quite large in my opinion. Omega 3's are good from what everyone has said and reviewed and blah, blah, blah. Yes it has good benefits, it's scientifically proven. What's not known is how it will affect you. These supplements offer a healthy lifestyle but I can't tell you for certain that I was smarter before I took it, or my heart is beating better to Taylor Swift Songs or I've become the Wolverine overnight and have a rapid healing and immune system. Time will tell and you won't know after taking this for a week or several weeks. Just like a multi vitamins you can't jump over tall buildings and ran faster than a speeding train. These supplements must coincide with a healthy and nutritionist lifestyle. Do I feel better, maybe. Do I sleep better, no difference personally. Did I get sick these last few weeks, yes I did. Was the severity lessen because of this, maybe but my recovery took the same amount of time as usual. Do have energy yes, do I have more of it, maybe. But again, I need to see overtime and especially listen to my body. Omega 3 hands down is a very important supplement, as is drinking water, good sleep and having a balance healthy diet. Don't get swayed by gimmicks and people repeating the exact same product details simply thing to get Helpful Hits. This is a good product, so is every product that offers Omega 3 supplements.
