I own Milwaukee and C.H Hanson C-clamps. I never did like the original Irwin Vice grips because of the short, small knurled knob on the end making adjustment difficult and intermittent. These are my new go to C-clamps. The release mechanism is like that of the C.H. Hanson (currently Armor-tool) so it is easy to use instead of being a push release it is a squeeze or pull release, much better. The Milwaukee clamps are of the push variety and therefore not as easy to use. The adjustment screw is longer. With the grooves being only horizontal it is much easier to turn with your hand, unlike the smaller vice grips knob that requires too much pressure and is frustrating for me to use. The diameter feels larger but I cannot verify. The additional hole in the screw helps me keep track of how much I am tightening the clamp, plus I can torque it down if needed with a screw driver for example. This function is similar to the Milwaukee C-clamp adjustment screws. The adjustment screw has a stop nut which I can see being useful. My Milwaukee clamps will loosen over time whereas these will maintain the proper tension when working on the same component. Last thing is these clamps are well built. This clamp has more weight to it than other 11" clamps. Photos don't do them justice. The main clamping bars are reinforced and designed for strength. The rivets are tight and the clamp has 0 to little play side to side. All of my other clamps are loose and will wobble from side to side, make noise etc. The clamps are solid and smooth and the best clamps I have felt. I highly recommend these clamps over all other manual C-clamps.

I haven't had an opportunity to use this heavy duty clamp as of yet, but by the looks of it I can tell immediately that it is very well made!

I’ve used a handful of different brands, stronghand is by far the best. They’re incredibly well designed, comfortable, sturdy, with very little play. They seem sturdier and stronger than my erwin vice grips for reference.

I work as a mechanic for a fortune 50 snack food company. I love your clamps. I weld and fabricate almost daily and they have become part of my must have daily tools. Many of my coworkers are now buying as well. Keep offering quality products at these prices and I will remain a loyal customer!

Great design, but it’s a little looser than most. It feels stronk, but it weeble wobbles like a mf. I’ll be putting it up in a vise to try to correct quality control. I’m really impressed with Strong Hand tools so far and this one’s the worst(that’s not saying too much...yet). I’m giving this a chance and will update after I beat the heck outta er

I have about 10 of the standard tip strong hand tool locking pliers, needed som with the swivel pads. These are my favorites locking pliers.

These vice grips arrived in a large box that had been taped up loosely (clear tape over standard amazon packaging tape that was cut/ripped apart. The vice grips were thrown in said box on the very bottom and large bubbles placed ontop- no cushioning between individual vice grips or between bottom of the box. Now, why is that relevant? Peep the first picture- the jaws and handles are not exactly aligned. Not sure if this was a fulfillment center issue or QC issue on part of the manufacturer. Regardless, The vice grips appear very well built so I'll just tweak them until they are aligned again. There is nothing more annoying that try to clamp to pieces of metal under tension tightly together and then the jaws pushing the 2 pieces apart so yea it's kind of an issue. Otherwise, I like the red release tab in contrast to the irwin design I use at work which gives far less leverage to release the jaws.

These are good quality clamps. They have a good clamping action and are easy to disengage.
